First – that bill is for 18 to 42 year olds? What the hell? Why should adults be forced to be in a civilian security force (!) instead of, like, working and having a family. I’m too busy for that crap.
Second – the woman was white, she was a citizen, and there have to be extenuating health conditions that caused her to die after only 4 hours in the sun, no matter how hot. So, that has nothing to do with immigration at all, and I am confused on why AJB immediately assumes all prostitutes in Arizona are Hispanic and illegal.

Speaking as a long time, volunteer in the Armed Forces… no thanks to any type of draft.
Civilian-side, that is dumber than “forgetting” you had $500K siting in some account and leaving it off your financial disclosure forms, or having 4 rent controlled apartments or “forgetting” you can’t take lobbyist paid junkets or …
You will submit to the State.
See, that’s the old-fashioned idea my momma used on me as the “birth control talk”: a woman loses the right to her body when she gives it to someone else. Quaint, I know.
Effective, however, for the appropriate amount of years.
Well, I did a six year stretch with the DoD, with nothing worse than massive PTSD, alcoholism, and destroyed relationships.
So, yeah, let’s give that to everyone.
Y’all think this will be like the DoD? Y’all should lower your sights a bit, and think DMV, TSA, USPS, or Section 8 Housing Office, etc., but without the motivated employees or any smart people in charge.
I personally think if my kids are drafted for the civilian service corps, I will encourage them to destroy the system from within. And don’t think the two of them couldn’t do it, either – they’re holy terrors!
Rangel should pass a law that drafts AJB into the military, where it spends the next 4 years cleaning latrines in Afghanistan with a toothbrush.
I could get behind that one.
What I like is how this completely screws over the very same “youth” that acted all smug and superior when Obama won. HA. How do you like them apples.
