Oh, I don’t know… it isn’t about a stegasaurus, which would be cool, and it’s not about women in glasses taking dictation in shorthand, which would be boring, so it’s kinda in the middle.
What it is, is another potential element in generalized paranoia. It’s already bad enough, constantly asking yourself “what did he mean by that?” whenever you read or hear something. It’s a whole new level to look at a web page (oh, say, hamsterdance) and wonder “are they making fun of me?”
All right, it’s back to the bourbon. That’s the only way I know to make the voices stop.
In the middle is the place to be, Mr. Slothrup. The extremes are always so black and white, I think.
