it will be interesting to see how sandra rules on this one. i’m guessing she’ll uphold it, and mothers will be able to kill 5-6 month old children.
btw, the medical emergency that most refer to when discussing partial birth abortion is pre-eclampsia, or eclampsia if it is more severe. the treatment for said condition is immediate delivery of the child, or if this is not possible, give Mg2+ and watch the mother to see if her condition stabilizes until delivery is a viable option. considering the majority of these cases occur after the fetus is 24 weeks young, partial birth abortion serves no medical facility.
you’d have to be a sick fukk to agree with this procedure, and even sicker to say the mother’s right to choose is more important than whether a fetus feels pain when his neck is snapped and his brain is removed.
