A “Goodwill Ambassador”. She’s been doing that since she shot Tomb Raider in Cambodia and came home with a kid. Unlike most of her Hollywood contemporaries, Jolie actually walks the walk and puts her money where her mouth is, as well as putting her pretty little ass in some not very pretty places so that she actually knows of what she speaks.
I read recently that’s she’s being threatened by terrorists for playing Marianne Pearl in a new film about the death of Daniel Pearl. I hope it’s not true. Touch not one hair of her head, you monsters.

I was wondering why MissingLinkBoy felt compelled to throw Lynndie into this thread.
Contrary to prior reports, Pitt and Jolie were not threatened by Al-Qaeda, but by a little-known Islamic fundamentalist group trying to get publicity. The FBI has reassured them; the “Y” level security in India has been discontinued.
And Jolie is looking more like Jennifer Lopez than Mariane Pearl. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
I don’t care if she plays Minnie Pearl in the Hew Haw movie – if it helps those refugees any, I’m for it.
Oh, I completely agree—I was just pointing out that Jolie was still looking hot in the movie.
And it not only may help refugess, but also may remind a broader audience of what the enemy is like.
