a CITIZEN JOURNALIST continues to look into the Natalee Holloway case and to offer theories on her disappearance that could, perhaps, prove fruitful, were the Aruban government to follow-up on them—and were Greta Van Susteren to take up the mantle and really really dig

Hey, here’s a thought.  Where exactly was Greta the night Natalee disappeared?

update:  And so long as we’re turning the Light of Truth of FOXNews, has anyone even bothered to check Geraldo’s mustache…?

Citizen Journalist, you’re not suggesting something truly horrible, are you? Like the possibility that there are traces of GRETA in GERALDO’S mustache from the night in question? I have a problem with that image. Seriously.

  2. Jeff Goldstein says:

    POTTYMOUTH!

  3. JWebb says:

But traces of Geraldo in Greta’s mustache? Now you’re talkin’!

Myself I am getting weary of such a large portion of the News consisting of

Nothing new to report from Aruba today, so we will show old footage of the pond being drained.

I mean we have paramilitary mercenaries operating INSIDE our territory and tageting our Boarder Patrol doesn’t anyone think this need equal time with Aruba, and the Cruise Ship murder?

“Mexican mercenaries expand base into U.S.

    By Jerry Seper

    THE WASHINGTON TIMES

    August 1, 2005

A renegade band of Mexican military deserters, offering $50,000 bounties for the assassination of U.S. law-enforcement officers, has expanded its base of operations into the United States”

That’s no mustache! It’s…the GHOST of AL CAPONE!

    Where’s Regis?

  6. MC says:

Greta: So, exactly where did that rumor begin that linked you and I together romantically?

Geraldo: I have sources that assert that it was a place of wisdom known only to an elite group of erudite scholars. Now, come here and gimme some l-o-o-o-o-o-ve little pigeon.

Maybe it’s time to call ally-ally-in-free, and admit that she’s dead, which gives her parents the absolute moral authority to tell us who killed her.

  8. Moneyrunner says:

For those who may not have heard or read what Pat Robertson said, but only heard paraphrases, here is a transcript (abridged):

There was a popular coup that overthrew him [Chavez]. And what did the United States State Department do about it? Virtually nothing. And as a result, within about 48 hours that coup was broken; Chavez was back in power, but we had a chance to move in. He has destroyed the Venezuelan economy, and he’s going to make that a launching pad for communist infiltration and Muslim extremism all over the continent.

You know, I don’t know about this doctrine of assassination, but if he thinks we’re trying to assassinate him, I think that we really ought to go ahead and do it. It’s a whole lot cheaper than starting a war.

  9. Moneyrunner says:

Sorry, that was meant for the other thread.

  10. JWebb says:

Where was Pat Robertson when Natalee disappeared?

  11. Matt Moore says:

    Where was Hugo Chavez?

  12. SeanH says:

    Eewwww, Gail!

  13. Major John says:

I’m with Mojo on this…just where was Regis that night?

  14. McGehee says:

Regis was with his presidential exploratory committee. We’d just learned that Judge Bork’s beard, Clayton, isn’t interested in being vice-president, so we’re going to have to interview Donald Trump’s toupee and Yogi Berra’s nosehair to see if either one has the gravitas that a running-mate is supposed to bring to the ticket.

I’m rooting for the nosehair—such eloquence and erudition!

  15. AWG says:

Regis could totally beat up Geraldo’s moustache!  In fact, I’d be willing to pay to watch that fight.
