That’s only a problem if they want to participate in Medicare, Libby. I’m guessing we’re going to see a thriving market in cash-based medical care outside of the coming Leviathan. The lawyers have been preying on the doctors for generations; it’s only fair that they chip in now to help their medical friends set up businesses that will skirt the new rules.
How a country that can’t make a fucking twinkie is supposed to implement a complex scheme like obamacare needs some explaining.
Obamacare already has found a way to stop this sort of thing: no new physician owned hospitals.
