   This post’s word is close; as in I hope this was close enough to funny so that someone detects the sarcasm because otherwise I could be getting my ass kicked by some brothers(tm) or, perhaps more likely, be subjected to raw, unadulterated disdain by a liberal or two.

   There’s something that’s just not quite right when it requires six words worth of titles before you even get to a guy’s name.

   If I may be forgiven a lapse of seriousness, history will show that the National Intelligence Director was the stupidest idea to come out of the 911 Commission ( which is saying something given that the commission was the single largest accumulation of mediocrity since Senators Dodd and Biden had breakfast together in the Senate cafeteria ).
