When Zarqawi starts complaining about voting irregularities, defective voting machines, widespread disenfranchisement, and, “you know, a hundred thousand votes–about the same number that could fill the Kill Bush memorial soccer stadium–going the other way and we’d be talking about my State of the Insurgency speech,” then we can start withdrawing troops.
