I’m guessing here in LA with our temperate climate it’s still okay during the winter.

But then again I don’t have a wife to swap so I can’t say for sure.

  2. Jeff Goldstein says:

    Good point.

But “always spouse-swap in temperate climes” is too wordy.

  3. MC says:

I thought Kevin Kline was incredible as SpongeBob, er, I mean Cole Porter in DeLovely.

Among other accomplishments Kline is an accomplished Alexander Technique practitioner which I admire – just look at him move.

    Spam buster is “art”.

    Alexander Technique. Snort.

  5. SteveL says:

Tobey Maguire and Elijah Wood in the same movie?  What, there was nobody with a Y chromosome around to play those parts?  At least it offered Katie Holmes as jail bait.

When describing movies, I have a category I call “Life without God” movies and the Ice storm holds the number one space on that list. It is dreadfully depressing!

  7. bbeck says:

My 5 word review would be, “Good cast meets atrocious script.”

I agree with Debbie; thanks, Ang, for reminding us there are shallow, self-absorbed parents out there trying to get some action while their children toy with sex and die in bizarre freak accidents.

Or did I miss some kinky significance?

    Later,

Always assume there’s a kinky significance. If you don’t see it, just post something like “<snicker>” and nobody will know the difference. Trust me.
