So as a prelude to Memorial Day weekend, Coloradans awoke this morning to the sight of snow blanketing their radish plants and herb gardens. Scallions? Dead. Sage? Didn’t stand a chance. Basil? Never saw it coming.
Me, I awoke to the sight of a blanket of snow covering the seats and dash and floorboards of my Jeep. Consequently, I’ll have to shovel my way in to the car before I head off to campus.
My students are giving oral presentations today. Boy, are their grades gonna take a beating…!

Being a Denver native, I’m accustomed to (and quite fond of) these anomolies in our weather. I kind of dig the perversity of it–it tickles me.
I never even saw the snow because I was in my room working on a bloddy term paper that will never end. Thanks for confirming the rumors!
