Oh, yeah. We’re well on our way to repealing ObamaCare. I mean, can’t you just feel the conservative energy from the GOP leadership! The ideological commitment?

Last night on FauxNewz (which I landed on while channel-flipping) there was a guy being interviewed who said (I’m paraphrasing ) that we need to elect Romney soonest so we can get on with the healing and get behind one candidate.

We’ll see how well that works for them. My guess is, not so well.

I heard that, too. That guy works at either WaPo or the NYT.

The cynic in me is half-hoping, half-fearing this is Cantor’s way of positioning himself to replace Boehner as minority leader in the next Congress.

Unfortunately at this point I think “healing” may require the surgical excision of necrotized tissues. I hope I’m wrong. But it might be time to separate the twins.

Hey! The Republican establishment Pledges to “put common-sense limits on the growth of government”! What more could you possibly want?

And if it’s not Romney, they will go with Obama

“I’d personally enjoy all the ‘we can’t nominate another Republican In Name Only’ crowd getting a stomping by an incumbent with an 8.5 unemployment rate,” said one senior party strategist, granted anonymity to speak candidly, warning of nominating a strictly conservative candidate like former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum.
