Those of you that are my age and older, if you remember the other movements — when the civil rights movement was six weeks old it did not have 59 percent of the American people behind it.”
If 59% of Americans support the “goals and aims of the Occupy Wall Street movement,” that only means 59% of Americans haven’t yet figured out what those goals and aims are.
Which, in a nice neat convergence, aligns them with the protesters themselves.

OWS is using the same lying socialist blank screen approach as Obama – the core is kept hidden, and a screen is presented as a place-holder for hopes and resentments. Obama used to only let the mask slip occasionally (share the wealth) while OWS shows it all the time – to a press that buries anything that doesn’t advance the agenda. Say for example 31% being good-to-go for violent direct action (old).

This comes about because the permit to occupy expired, and the protesters are refusing to get another, or leave.
