Was a surgeon to Queen Victoria also Jack the Ripper? A relative says yes.
Nothing definitive, but I find this mystery fascinating. My favorite theory: Lewis Carroll as the Ripper. Something so dark about the idea that London women were butchered by half-deaf, stammering logician who spent much of his time in the company of little girls.

I can’t believe Politico didn’t have this story days ago…
To much of this, methinks.
Not that it isn’t a good story and all…
I think D.B. Cooper was Jack the Ripper.
My BIL owned a flat on the site where this victim of the Ripper was found. He said she haunted the joint. It’s the block of flats that runs down to Brady St., on what used to be called Buck’s Row. I stayed there a couple of times but never saw her. Poor lass.
I think Lewis Carroll was a mason, so there’s that…
Nope. Renowned artist Walter Sickert (1860-1942) is the Ripper according to Patricia Cornwell of the Dr. Scarpetta books fame.
I prefer to see Jack the Ripper as a collection of cute little forest animals, GONE WRONG!!!!!!!!!!
