“We will keep an open mind and we will continue to report credible evidence and responsible points of view as we try to answer the questions raised about the authenticity of the documents. People have got to know whether or not their anchorman is a crook. Well, I’m not a crook. I’ve paid for every memo I’ve got.”” CBS News Anchor Dan Rather said on 60 Minutes on Wednesday.
Now Bill, Jeff was trying REAL hard to post something funny that didn’t include a food or sexual reference. Give him some credit. Hes trying.
I REALLY want to make a joke about your post and switch some words around, but I have not yet been sucked in to yall’s crude 13 yr old boy culture…..yet.
I happened to open up the Drudge Report just now and a funny image emerged:
The central photo was Dan Rather looking puzzled and weary. Just above that was a banner ad featuring animated ducks.
It took me back to my childhood and the Roadrunner cartoon wherein Wil E. Coyote gets clobbered and has little birdies floating around his head in a circle. I shoulda screengrabbed it – it captured the situation well.
I was kinda hoping that it would include animated monkeys throwing little digital turds and “stroking the banana”. Because, you know, that’s high comedy…

I thought that the animation was distinctly not funny.
And I fucking love monkeys.
Chimp snob.

Oh, then I guess Jeff wouldn’t want my monkey link of the week.
sarah, I am almost certain he would.
