   It was the Dick’s own amendment to the bill (read: regulation) that caused this to happen. I’d comment on the temerity of this Dick, but I think, instead, I’ll just say that Dick is a dick.

   If Durbin woke up late one night in Tijuana in a tub full of ice and a cell phone with a note to call 911 right away, would it be wrong of me to hope the phone’s battery was dead?
