the “if this is true, France should be cut loose from all US-involved alliances and set adrift to deal with its own problems, which begin with its citizens’ unorthodox bathing practices and end with its government’s complete loss of face after being caught trying to fuck its liberators right in the derriere” update: from the UK Sunday Telegraph, “Italy blames France for Niger uranium claim”

treachery update: Treachery!
Thanks for the link, Jeff!
I never cared about the whole yellowcake business. The Bushies’ biggest mistake was in ever saying it shouldn’t have been in the speech, when obviously it should have. They got smacked by a hit-and-run, because there was nothing wrong with bringing it up yet they got baited into apologizing for it anyway.
Politics is an ugly business.

And sincere thanks for being a “research tool”.

Thanks, George. Adding that link to the updates.
Has anyone read “The French Betrayal of America” or “Our Oldest Enemy”? (The latter may not be released yet) Just interested if these are level-headed looks at history or Moore-like screeds.
You can read one chapter of the first one here. I haven’t read the whole book yet, but from that chapter it seems a really serious work.
