My favorite section: Relevance of Integrity. But hey, 34.9% of the UN staff regard the UN favourably (sic) on the value of Integrity, so there!
Just skip right to page 29, and try to remember that this is a survey of perceptions… by their own employees. Imagine if this were a survey of, say, American Citizens’ perceptions.
