Couldn’t ask for a better transaction. Fast shipping & book in great condition!
I don’t know if she’s a gifted comedian or a goofball, but if you’d like to go recommend this book review (as I did), you can do so, here.
On a serious note, are there books that any of you folks would recommend to get a bit of a handle on the Palestine situation (history, etc.)? I am woefully ignorant in this area but resist reading about it because I’m too ignorant to know which books are (more) trustworthy.
A handle on the Palestine situation? Jeez, the Israelis are really smart and I bet they wish they had a handle on the Palestine situation <;
Re the “Great transaction” review, it reminds me of some customer comments I’ve given when under duress and I didn’t want to be rude. ‘Your product is a piece of crap, but it sure got here quick!‘
Funny! I saw some of those Ebay feedback-style “reviews” in recent weeks and just shook my head in wonderment.
Oh, I forgot to vote. I’m going with “goofball”.
Ah. Another book review by someone who hasn’t read the book.
There is one book I would like to recommend, although it’s not about Palestine and I haven’t actually “read” it. The new Peter Pan pop-up book by Robert Sabuda. Boy, those pages sure do pop UP! A real tour de force in pop-uppery. I especially like all the extra pages of mini-pop-ups, pages within pages, books within pages, used to fill the blank areas created by the large scale pop-ups. I recommend it for ages 1 to 100.
That is all.
What probably happened is that the person bought the book used through Amazon and intended to give a review to the used book dealer.
Is it possible that this person bought a book used from someone else and was reporting on the sale procedure? Thats what I took away from that. When you buy a book from Amazon.com, it offers both new and used versions. This woman probably bought a used copy, which is sent from another individual, not from Amazon, and she was probably offering feedback ala Ebay style.
Yeah, guys, but it’s still funny.

Amazon has a separate link for leaving feedback, just like eBay. She may not have known that.
