UN Outrage [Dan Collins]

Two dead Israelis worth 200 dead Palestinians and five live ones:

In an UN-brokered and decidedly unbalanced trade, Israel turned over the remains of 199 terrorists, the living Kantar and four others in exchange for the mutilated bodies of two Israeli soldiers, Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev. Captured by Hezb’allah inside Israel in 2006, the young Israelis did not long survive capture by Hezb’allah, certainly not long enough to be exchanged. Kantar, however, was healthy, even portly as he received a red carpet welcome, with speeches and songs of victory. A large photo of a weeping Israeli woman was featured on the stage; there are no innocents in the ideology of Hezb’allah. All Jews must die, even four-year-old little girls. Katyusha rockets are gleefully aimed at Israeli schools, hospitals and apartment buildings.

Kantar was embraced and applauded; afterwards he gave a stiff-armed Nazi salute. It is the common salute of Hezb’allah. Mein Kampf is a best seller in the Muslim world.

Is there any wonder Palestinians are seething with rage when the world community holds them so cheap compared with the eeeeeeeeeeevil Zionists?

Israeli exchanges in the past have been similarly lopsided.

Palestinians are kind of nasty. Not a fan.

while I was against releasing fucking scum back to Lebanon, the equation is still sweet, isn’t it.
One dead Israeli worth hundreds of terrorists…

BTW, what is this Jewish obsession with dead bodies( and I am jewish) I would not make the exchange….
We had never had a chance to bury our grandfather who died in 1943 fighting Germans in southern Ukraine. He was a battalion commander. Was buried in one of those “brotherly” graves, together with other officers and troops. I so the obelisk with his name there though…

  4. BJTex says:

The Shia have a religious affinity for bodies to bury, unlike the average Sunni (especially Wahabbi’s.)

As to sashal’s question: Israel being a largely secular country in terms of “regular religious onservance” I suspect that this move is more political and personal than religious. Some sects within Judaism are more concerned with the symbolism of burying the body than others. The lopsided nature of the the exchange, as RTO points out, has pretty much been the norm for past transactions.

What sashal clearly gets and what most of the rest of the world will ignore is that Israelies have infinitely more concern with human life and human suffering than Hezbu’llah and all Islamic jihadists. We should all make it a point of mentioning this the next time we meet some toadstool wearing an Arafat headdress talking about Jewish occupation and genocide.

That should be followed by an Atomic Wedgie.

  5. BJTex says:

Oh and sashal? God bless your grandfather’s service to your homeland. Even though he was ultimately taking orders from the worlds greatest butcher his bravery and that of his brothers in arms are an incredible legacy for you and your family and transcend the petty deeds of petty men.

    Maseltov!

  6. sashal says:

    Thanks, BJ.
Those people were fighting the enemy they knew, in front of them, the one who came to kill them or put them into slavery. And besides, patriotic propaganda is and was always excellent in Russia. And don’t forget many crimes of Stalin hadn’t been known to people yet at that time. Communists were also very secretive in their deeds…

  7. BJTex says:

sashal: Ignore the old story and scroll down. I’ll bet your grandfather would have looked a little like this if he had lived.

The UN is a worthless organization, and should suffer the same fate as the League of Nations. Has the UN even defined terrorism yet?

they could have gotten a lot more for live israeli soldiers.

btw Kuntar is a CHIRSTIAN DRUZE.
so much for that judeo-xian morality.

Lord knows you are not a wise old owl.

    Sameer Kuntar is Druze.

The Druze (Arabic: درزي, derzī or durzī, plural دروز, durūz; Hebrew: דרוזים‎, Druzim; also transliterated Druz or Druse) are a religious community found primarily in Lebanon, Israel and Syria whose traditional religion is said to have begun as an offshoot of the Ismaili sect of Islam, but is unique in its incorporation of Gnostic, neo-Platonic, pagan and other philosophies. Because of such incorporation, most scholars label the Druze as a non-Muslim sect, even though some Druze identify themselves as Muslims.[6]

Any other blinding insights into Jewish/xtian morality, nishi? Druze are not identified in any manner shape or form as Christians just as Sufi’s are not sonsidered to be Wahabbi’s.

    Christian hating moron.

My disgust may be irrational, but it is what it is. The UN is more of an impediment to peace and diplomacy(IMHO). I’m not Jewish, but I feel that the Israelis have gotten the short end of the stick regarding the UN.

the israeli soldiers were already dead.
    hizb’ just mutilated the bodies.

    nishi, you really are disturbed.

  15. Dan Collins says:

I’m sure that she wouldn’t mind if we stuffed dead Talibs with pork and left them out in the sun for the dogs to eat, SevenEleventy.

  16. BJTex says:

As long as they are Chirstian Talibs, that would be fine, Dan.

  17. well, you know, Chirst was all about teh disrespect for dead things. and murder for SCIENCE!

okay, off to make cupcakes now.

You Don’t Mess With The Zohan.

Good comedy, if you, like me (and if you are like me, I’m so, so sorry for you) like A. Sandler.

Two great points in the film: one is how stupid Israel is with regards to hostage exchanges. Zohan basically quits the ‘IDF’ because they gave back The Phantom, J. Turturro, after Zohan captures him.

Another is how funny this confict has to be to anyone wanting something akin to sanity whilst thinking of these hostage exchanges.

    Teh Funny.

  20. Mastiff says:

The worst thing about it is that there is an explicit statement in Jewish law that you are forbidden to redeem captives at more than the market price, in order not to encourage bandits to disproportionally target Jews. The application here should be obvious.

  21. quellcrist falconer says:

nope im just tellin the truth cudlips.
    most druze are xians.
the israelis started this years ago by bartering for captives and bodies.
the whole “summer war” was for nothing.

  22. Rob Crawford says:

nope im just tellin the truth cudlips.

And yet you cite nothing beyond your own “authority”. Fuck off, retard.

  23. Spies, Brigands, and Pirates says:

    most druze are xians

    Piss off, liebot.

  24. Carin says:

Relatively small Middle Eastern religious sect. It originated in Egypt in 1017 and is named for one of its founders, Muhammad al-Darazi (d. 1019/20). Strictly monotheistic and based in Islam, particularly Isma’ili Islam, Druze beliefs include an eclectic mixture of elements from Gnosticism, Neoplatonism, Judaism, and Iranian religion. The Druze believe in the divinity of al-Hakim bi-Amr Allah (985–1021?), sixth caliph of the Fatimid dynasty of Egypt, and expect him to return someday to inaugurate a golden age. The Druze are divided hierachically into two orders—the sages, who are fully initiated in the beliefs of the religion, and the ignorant, who constitute the uninitiated lay majority. They permit no converts, either to or from their religion, and no intermarriage. Their religious system is kept secret from the outside world, and they are permitted to deny their faith if their life is in danger. In the early 21st century they numbered about one million, mostly in Syria and Lebanon.

Mind linking ANY evidence that Druz are Christian?

  25. BJTex says:

Carin: I wouldn’t recommend holding your breath on that one. You may damage your keyboard as you pass out.

Shorter nishi: When caught in a bigoted lie, keep repeating said lie without foundation, thus polishing the anti Christian bigot bona fides. Then attempt to change the subject.

    Rinse. Repeat.

Notice that she didn’t touch with a ten foot pole the idea that Israel has a much higher consideration of human life as reflected by the hundreds for two exchange. Humanity and mercy not being a big part of nishi’s makeup makes this an ongoing loser for the Obaminion. Being an apologist for Hezbu’llah makes her despicable.

You can change the name but the results are the same.

  26. BJTex says:

Oh, and nishi: The “elements of Gnosticism” doesn’t count as that is the barest of connections to mainstream Christianity and doesn’t alter the fact that the foundational principles are rooted in Isma’ili Islam.

Now go ahead and just restate your unfounded lie so that you can be consistant.

  27. poppa india says:

A few months ago, Nishi was wrong by about five centuries when she was telling us when Mohammed was alive. I doubt if she’s become better educated in Mid-Eastern history or religion since then.
