Why do you hate our troops so much, Dan?
It’s looking like Obama’s prevaricating or gaffing is limited to his using a ginned-up version nof his uncle’s experience; the Uncle is Charles T Payne, now 84, or Chicago, and enlisted in Kansas as Charles T. The “W” initial is present on some records, but seems to be the result of error in transcripion or change through common usage.
In my family having four names is traditional. Sometimes the less popular initials get substituted with more popular ones.
That wasn’t Major Payne, was it? HIGH-Larious.
If the “six months in the attic” bit holds up, then what we have here is clear evidence of what may be a familial trait of inability to cope with severe? stress. On the bright side, TWP Granny showed remarkable perserverance in coping with a good for nothing husband while simultaneously caring for her daughter’s whelp when the daughter dumped him on her doorstep.
As thanks for which, the whelp tossed granny under the bus.

OBAMA: When can we let Uncle Charlie out of the attic?
MOM: When he’s not crazy anymore.
OBAMA: But being in the attic is making him crazy.
MOM: Not if he wants out, it isn’t. Wanting to get out of the attic is not crazy.
OBAMA: Oh, I get it. It’s Catch-57.
MOM: No son, it’s Catch-22.
OBAMA: That’s what I meant. I think it’s obvious that’s what I meant.
Obama: “Mom….If you don’t look at Uncle Charlie, or talk to him, how will you know if hes getting any better?
Mom: “Well son, the Docs all say hes crazy, and thats good enough for me, so I don’t need to look….”
Obama: “But mom. what if he has a turn for the better….starts to improve, you won’t know, and everyone will still think hes still crazy, and maybe he will be slowed down from getting any better….”
Mom: “Now son, you have to leave this sort of thing to us grownups, you’re too young to understand…Once the Insurance company votes to give us the disability money, then maybe he can start getting better…..and son…..don’t let me catch you looking in his room….you could screw up everything….promise?”
Obama: “Ok mom…..you knows best….Uncle Charlie will just have to unerkstan its all for the gooderer of the family….”
Mom: “there you go…..thats my good boy….I knew you’d understand…..You know if’en you have any more questions you can talk to the Docs…”
Obama: “Have the Docs looked at Uncle Charlie mom?”
Mom: “No son…..they don’t need to….thems real smart people, and they know just by feelings whos crazy and who isn’t…”
Obama: “Gee mom….they must be really really smart…”
Mom: “Yep son…..they talk about how smart they are all the time, so it must be so…lot smarter than most everyone else anyway, ‘specially when it comes to insurance companies….”
Obama: “And, mom?”
Mom: “Yes, son?”
Obama: “When I grow up I want everyone to have a doctor just like my Uncle Charlie’s! For free!”
Mom: “That’s good son. Now get in your room and read some nice Marx.”
Uncle Charley lives in Chicago. I wonder how many times BHO took him to Memorial or Veterans Day services at Trinity? I’m sure Uncle Charley would have gotten a kick out of seeing that old Marine – The Right Racist Reverend Wright – doing his hate whitey schtick.
It would have been the unitey thing to do – he must have done it at least a few times, right?
Perhaps McCain’s tapping the Mormon Genealogical expertise in these matters. Romney for V.P. so that Obama’s proven to be a Mutt of many colors?
