Dumb kids. Shoulda just stuck with something benign and uninvestigatable — like, say, wide scale voter registration fraud, or sweetheart real estate deals.

The grade change increased the grade point averages of the majority of students whose grades were changed…

It seems that this affected student loans and grants. That is, money was involved. Who did these kids think they were, members of congress?
