He doesn’t want to be associated with the Piskies because of teh ghey.
Though Catholic myself, my better half and I alternate between Catholic and Episcopal services. Given the wide acceptance of teh ghey in the Episcopal Church, I would guess that NASCAR is not very high up their list of activities.

As long as he is not Catholic, Jew or Mormon I don’t think it really matters.
Or, if he thinks it is all fiction.
