A Moving Post [Dan Collins]

Wild thing . . . I think I love you.

But I wanna know for sure.

C’mon, baby, pack that truck.

You move me.

I’m going to be packing stuff and moving after work today, and likely for the rest of the weekend.  And as Jeff is going to a couple of gatherings, that means that any of you other guest bloggers who feel the urge to speak definitely should.  I would also like once again to mention that Keith’s Amazon Wish List is available here, so if you have the means to perform an act of corporal mercy, you may wish to start there.  Keep Mike in your thoughts and prayers, too, and little Matthew Rager.  I’ll post if I can.

Tim Blair’s crew (www.timblair.net) are pushing for a thousand post thread in his absence.

I’ve been watching this post for a while now and it hasn’t moved yet.

Or am I supposed to read the text of the thing too, or something?

  4. Big Bang Hunter says:

    – Would that be a moving “post-move” post? Are we moving the goal posts today also? Will Lindsy steal the Prince’s Royles. Will Geraldo ever get a decent haircut?

Did Jeff finally throw you out?

  6. Dan Collins says:

Yeah, Harrison. He caught me filching scotch.

Check back tomorrow and I’ll bet it will be further down the page.

It’s sorta like the minute hand on a clock, you see.

  8. You are not moving here, right? Because I told you you could not move in.

  9. Carin says:

Well, Scott, I’ll take you in. You’re rather amusing. I saw what you could do with the Lorax stuff, but have you memorized The Cat in the Hat? Because my children have needs.

  10. Dan Collins says:

Carin–I hope you were confusing me with Burgess, and not that Beauchamp fellow.

But, yes, I can recite Cat In the Hat, Cat In the Hat Comes Back, and Where the Wild Things Are.

  11. ” … and Where the Wild Things Are. ”

Ok, now you are really not moving in.

  12. Dan Collins says:

Oh, please don’t go! We’ll eat you up, we love you so!

  13. good work, will back soon, great site congratulation!!
