    Any predictions on the over/under on how many times ESPN is going to tell us it is the first time in history two black head coaches are going to the Super Bowl?

  2. Bravo Romeo Delta says:

    I would like it said, for the record:

    No, but they have to fill the time they all planned to spend on stories about the Saints saving NOLA with something…

  4. Great Mencken's Ghost! says:

    How about, “Ifg the the first two black head coaches to go to the Super Bowl had coached in Katrina-ravaged New Orleans, they would have blown their playoff shot, too…” ?

  5. Tai Chi Wawa says:

    God doesn’t care about the Saints.

    1963 -> 1985: 22 years

    1985 -> 2006: 21 years

    Da Bears are a year early.  But that ain’t bad55

  7. Major John says:

    BWUHAHAHAHAHA.  Another Superbowl in my lifetime! And I don’t have to worry about the #$^&* Patriots either. Suffer a Midwestern intramural game, you East Coast fools!

    Over/under on “First time…black coaches…yada, yada, yada” 2,137.

  8. Sticky B says:

    I find a larger anomoly in the fact that the most high profile defensive player on the field will be European-American. Two African-American head coaches is not near as hard to explain as one huge honky middle linebacker is.
