French train Muslim jihadist denies being part of terrorist cell. Claims he found AK-47 “under a bush.” [Darleen Click]

Stuff you can’t make up

Reports are surfacing that the gunman was linked to a jihadist group that planned to attack police before they were shot dead in an anti-terrorism raid in January. Two suspects were killed and a third arrested, close to the border with Germany.

France’s La Voix du Nord newspaper is reporting: “According to our sources, he was part of the same jihadist group which attacked on Belgian anti-terrorist police in a violent fire-fight in January 2015, in Verviers, near Liege.

“It appears that he had been identified as a potential security threat by the Spanish authorities who had alerted French authorities and had asked them for further information about him.”

The newspaper reports Ayoub El-Kahzzani or Qahzzani denies being part of any cell, and simply found the AK-47 under a bush.

A French official close to the investigation says police have positively identified the train gunman as 26-year-old Moroccan Ayoub El-Khazzani, according to AP. Bernard Cazeneuve, the French interior minister, said earlier on Saturday that Spanish authorities had alerted French intelligence to him in February 2014 because he “belonged to the radical Islamist movement,” and the French put him on a security watch list. El-Khazzani was identified through his fingerprints, according to the official, who insisted on not being identified by name because of the ongoing probe.

…Ayoub El-Kahzzani or Qahzzani denies being part of any cell, and simply found the AK-47 under a bush.

What is it about those Lutherans who simply find weapons under a bush and start shooting up trains with them? Or is someone from Morocco with a name like “Ayoub El-Kahzanni” likely to be Buddhist, instead?

Because the “Religion of Peace” couldn’t POSSIBLY have anything to do with shooting random strangers, right? Isn’t that what the MSM has been telling us for more than a decade?

“Claims he found AK-47 ‘under a bush.’”

    Why should he talk?
He’ll be more scared of the cell than of the French government.

Well I’m sure that’ll be enough for the certain people to declare him totally innocent of any wrong doing.
