   At least with Republicans we have good old fashion distrust and cynicism of our elected officials rather than all out war from the Democrats.

   Joke’s on you: the Republicans are waging all-out war on their own base, with support from their esteemed colleagues on the other side of the aisle.

   The GOP doesn’t want to alienate their BFFs inside the beltway, they want a new base.
