And not an insubstantial amount, either …
[Eric] Carter may very well prefer Orman to his own party’s nominee, but the two men appear to have more than just a political relationship. According to Orman’s personal financial disclosure form, Carter owes Orman a substantial amount of money.
In the form’s section for unearned income sources, Orman lists one asset as “Eric Carter – Note,” short for a “loan note,” and lists the value of the investment as between $15,001 and $50,000. Orman also lists that he receives no income from this, suggesting the loan is either a no-interest or deferred-interest loan.
The listing is on page 18 of Orman’s long disclosure document.
Carter will pay off once Orman gets elected. No point owning a Senator if he’s not a Senator.
The problem with Kansas is they only let you see the buffaloes by appointment

Casting Crowns – East to West
If though you can’t see the bison eating the grass, at least maybe you can get some bison to eat for yourself along the way. They’s tasty.
Dodge City’s got longhorns and they let just any old Tom, Dick or Harry look at them.
I fear a tragedy of the commons.
To see bison you can go to Bear River State Park or Hot Springs State Park, both in Wyoming, or Custer State Park in South Dakota. I can vouch they let any stray passing set of eyes fall upon their bisons almost like they were public property or something.
Dodge is kinda sad-making
