Rosie O’Donnell: Ben Affleck for President because he sticks up for Islam, which is just as icky as Christians and Jews or something [Darleen Click]

Perfect capture of the incoherency and moral bankruptcy of the Judeo-Christian-hating Left:

Because in 2014, majorities of Christians and Jews believe their own people should be put to death for apostasy, just like Islam.

Because in 2014, there are just as many Christian or Jewish countries that punish homosexuality by death as Islamist countries.

Because in 2014, there are just as many terrorist attacks, from suicide bombers to beheadings, done in the name of Jesus or Moses as those done in the name of Allah.

Wow, those Mad Methodists and their hateful covered dish dinners!

Well, when you get right down to it, isn’t a covered dish pretty much just a food burqa?

  3. What about the Baptist Menace, huh?

  4. The atrocities committed by the Jooooz don’t get as much coverage as they should because, instead of committing wholesale slaughter, they engage in the retail kind…and, of course, they control EVERYTHING.

    Show-em and lick-em.

  5. Randy says:

No, no, no, Darleen. It’s those hateful Lutherans and their lutefisk.

No, no, no, Darleen. It’s those hateful Lutherans and their lutefisk.

Being a Lutheran, that was my first thought…the doggone Lutefisk is causing all this mayhem.

“Ok, well isn’t there something else we could annoy the public with for generations like naming a landfill after him or something?”

  9. WTF is it with Rosie? Prion disease? Too much LDS at Berkley? Maybe a safe fell on her head?

Damn, the sky done got fat!

Were any of you good people puzzled that the “clip” of the Maher show O’Donnell introduced had nothing of Affleck speaking in it, was indeed edited into a chop-up unintelligibility? Just seemed peculiar to me, like, “why are these people so sloppy?” peculiar.

Meanwhile the flowerpot’s only thought was, “Oh no, not again!”

  15. sdferr says:

So for purposes of contrast in chopped-up “clips” of Maher’s show segment, look at the youtube of RedEye here, which clip actually lets Affleck speak for himself (as well as conveys the counter to him), albeit so that he is exposed to mockery in the consequence.

An effective but unimaginative mechanism for antigravity.

Tough room. I never saw so many dead people sitting up.

3&1/2 inch 12 ga loaded with “T” shot.
She’s coming from the low house so if you’re at the middle slot about a three foot lead will get you a head shot.

And its bismuth shot. Don’t want to hurt the environment.

  22. McGehee says:

That would explain the low yield. Okay.

I was assuming the point was to let the stupid out, which does at least require penetrating the hide — hence my estimate.

Bill Gertz: Surrender in the War of Ideas

*** The Obama administration is failing to wage ideological war against Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL or ISIS) terrorists over fears that attacking its religious philosophy will violate the constitutional divide between church and state, according to an in-depth inquiry by the Washington Free Beacon.

Instead, the task of countering what President Obama called the “warped ideology” of ISIL is being farmed out to foreign states and Muslim communities that often share some of the same goals as the groups the administration calls violent extremists. This approach allows the administration to avoid identifying links between terrorism and Islam.

“While the government has tried to counter terrorist propaganda, it cannot directly address the warped religious interpretations of groups like ISIL because of the constitutional separation of church and state,” said Quintan Wiktorowicz, a former White House counterterrorism strategist for the Obama administration.

“U.S. officials are prohibited from engaging in debates about Islam, and as a result will need to rely on partners in the Muslim world for this part of the ideological struggle,” he said in an email. ***

Somebody tell the Regime the Islam is violently opposed to abortion. That ought to move ’em off of their principled inaction.
