“Voters who want to vote should be able to vote. Period.” [Darleen Click]

In all his glorious fraudhood, Obama, in the White House for five years, still stumps as if he and the rest of the Democrat authoritarians are Washington outsiders.

Speaking at Al Sharpton’s National Action Network convention on Friday in New York City, President Barack Obama revealed that he believes voter fraud does not exist, everyone who wants to should be able to vote, even if they cannot provide identifying documentation, and Republicans are plotting to take the franchise away from minorities. […]

He made the accusation that there is a “well-organized effort” to undo gains the Civil Rights Movement has made in the last 50 years, and he said voting rights are “under particular assault.”

“Voters who want to vote should be able to vote,” Obama said. “Period.”

He told the activists to stay vigilant and always be on alert for shenanigans designed to strip the right to vote away from seniors, minorities, and women by requiring them to provide identification at the polls. […]

Obama said there is a reason the agency Holder runs is called the Department of Justice, without mentioning that nobody has yet been indicted for the IRS’s role in the targeting of conservative groups like True the Vote, an organization that focuses on election integrity.

I rather liked J. Christian Adams’ take on the same subject, if only because the accompanying headline puts the truth to the fore: Obama Lies about Voter Fraud and DoJ Investigations Before Paranoid Audience

    A sample:

At his appearance before Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, Obama called voter fraud claims “bogus” and said his Justice Department has “taken on more than 100 voting rights cases since 2009. ”

This is a bald faced lie. One need merely click this link at the Justice Department’s own website to see it is a lie. The truth is that 39 cases have been brought, not 100, and only 13 relate to protecting minority voting rights – usually foreign language ballot issues. The rest of the cases involve states sending out military ballots (an effort only begun after blistering coverage at PJ Media and elsewhere in 2010).

What no “If you like your vote, you can keep your vote. Period.” ???

Injustice-in-Chief Let’sTalkAboutRace has the concept upside-down. For himself and his boss Pres. IWonPenPhone, justice is when they demand and get theirs and simultaneously screw you out of any possibility you may receive yours. It’s the old (very old), tails I win heads you lose proposition. Then again, you may recognize the syndrome as their overweening desire to have their cake and eat it, especially when “their cake” has been taken from you.

Messers Fund and Spakovsky should be expecting an IRS audit any day now if they haven’t been subjected to one already — or hell, if they’ve already had one audit, let them have another, worldwithoutend, amen.

People who want to keep and bear arms should be able to keep and bear arms. But SCOAMT isn’t so hot on that particular Constitutionally-protected right, is he?

People who want to fly on an aircraft* should be able to fly on an aircraft. Amazingly enough, that requires producing an ID card first, too.

    * – buy alcohol, enter a Federal building, rent/buy a house, get something notarized, open a bank account, adopt a pet, get a job, cash a check, apply for government benefits, get married, drive a car, buy a bus ticket, buy cigarettes, enter a casino, enroll in college, pick up a package from the USPS/UPS/FedEx/MailBoxEtc, be admitted to a hospital, etc.

Democrats aren’t worried so much about securing rights to vote as they are keeping their ability to cheat.

“Voters who want to vote should be able to vote. Period.”

Kinda circular phrasing – they’re not voters until they actually vote.

Why didn’t he say “Citizens who want to vote…” or “Americans who want to vote..”? Oh, right, Because the Left are pros at getting the dead, illegals, and the imaginary to cast ballots. Early and often.

Honkey don’t like it when someone of color gets to play the empire? This is just the credit card bill for all that white privilege you use to rob the whole world and ride in the front of the bus. How can you not hate your own racist blood and all the crimes it committed for 400 under your white constitution? Reparations! Law suits! Motherwheel! Justice!

So if I vote and I still want to vote, I should be able to vote? Fuck you, President Racebaiting Dumbass. You’re too stupid to breathe. I’m ashamed at how I once thought you were at least relatively clever. The only thing dumber than you is something more than half of the American electorate.
