And here you thought race-baiting couldn’t be cheapened even more by these fossilized race hustlers still living cynically off of the shadow cast by Dr King, a shadow they hide in while doing everything in their power to undermine his message, keep their own people enslaved to big government and stoked by hatred, and gain personal wealth and power by pretending to be “civil rights leaders” when what they are is nakedly ambitious shakedown artists protected by white guilt and a PC culture that should long ago have been shackled, taken out to a tree, and strung up with a rope until it was dead, it’s neck-broken death jism producing a mandrake root or two.
Jackson, Holder, Obama, Sharpton, the liberal press — all of these people reject the rule of law and embrace consensus “truth”. And that’s because they know that, in the climate of PC of “hate crimes,” they can control that consensus and use it to manufacture truths that are nothing more than mob declarations enforced by noise and numbers rather than fact and deliberation. Under this paradigm, the jurors in the Zimmerman trial, like Zimmerman himself, are reduced to racist stereotypes. And an entire state is to be boycotted as if it were holding Nelson Mandela in prison, routinely clubbing innocent black youths with billy clubs, and preventing blacks from enjoying equal rights under the law. Which is of course disputed by the facts — those pesky things that are mere potholes to traverse on the way to creating an alternative narrative based on nothing by the profitability and power that comes from rabble rousing and stoking racial differences.
Ironically, in Florida’s new apartheid state, one must suppose that either “White Hispanics” — a newly-invented subgroup — are the racial overclass class, or else George Zimmerman was but an Uncle Tomasino to the real power behind the segregated population: the crackers and, presumably, the Jewish retirees. Whose powerful lobby Chuck Hagel and many on the left always are quick to remind us about.
Hymietown, redux, in other words, with a redneck and White Hispanic enforcement arm.
Funny. Before anything was known about the case, the cries went out about a white man named Zimmerman hunting down and shooting a black boy in the back.
Zimmerman, admittedly, ain’t Goldberg; but it also ain’t Martinez. And it was then that Jackson and Sharpton and Obama and others pulled this case from local coverage and turned it into a national crusade.
You do the math.
Meanwhile, it’s about time people within the black community began vocally disassociating themselves from people like Jackson. Because that fraud and huckster has done more to keep blacks enslaved to big government dependency and urban poverty than just about anyone else alive. Save maybe Obama, under whom black unemployment has skyrocketed.
Historic!
I like to imagine that if Dr King were still alive and could see where Jackson, Sharpton, et al had taken his struggle for a colorblind society, he’d take the opportunity to say a little prayer for these “civil rights leaders”, then deliver a powerful oratory pointing out their missteps — right before he gave him a thorough beat down with his walker.
Somebody should have shivved James Earl Ray in or before 1967.
Jackson will let up once Disney and Universal pay him enough money.
That’s Tio Tomasino, por favor.
I’m not so sure MLK would be much different. As he was killed, he was traipsing through Marxist economics rather than race issues. He will be repeatedly forgotten as proposing a 50 Billion Dollar restitution fund for all “disadvantaged groups.”
His non-violent overthrow of segregation was indeed a glorious accomplishment, but it was but a small portion of what he truly dreamed to create. Which in my mind is closer to ObamaNation than many realize.
epador, next thing you are going to tell me that Marilyn Monroe and James Dean would have got as fat as Shelly Winters and Marlon Brando if they had lived.
At least King would have been seen becoming all that. The fact he was assassinated has turned him into Saint Martin who died for all the sins his people would commit from then until doomsday.
Greetings:
I’m still working my mental way through Stevie Wonder’s boycott of Florida. I mean, really, how does he really know if he’s in or out of Florida ???
