Not only are those high in our federal government now all but advancing the case for political show trials and metaphorical public lynchings — and that’s what we’re seeing from this DOJ and many on the race-baiting left, an utter disregard for our criminal justice system that culminates in “symbolic” verdicts and “teachable moments,” regardless of what individual is sacrificed in the process — but we’re turning them into interactive game shows of a sort, soliciting the public’s help in joining their cynical, braying cabal.
As with much else, the New Left Administration and its complicit appendages, from the bureaucrats to the media, are trying to deconstruct our justice system, turning manufactured mob outrage and “consensus”-driven political agreement into “fact” and “Truth.”
Meanwhile, criminal abusers of power on the ostensible right, like Angela Corey, go right along with them.
If they are able to do so, there no longer exists a stable rule of law.
And once that happens, well…I weep for what’s to come.
— But only for a moment. After that, I steel myself and get to work saving what I can save — with you or without you.

Shorter Eric Holder: ‘The Show Trial Must Go On!’
Also, never forget, the common thread that runs through everything being done is, any resistance will justifiably (to the LIV, useful idiots, and progtardia in general) be met with an increased police[state] presence.
Just as we were slow to realize our country was slipped out from beneath us while we weren’t paying attention, the realization that we are already living under a police state is about to hit.
I don’t know if it’s inspired or dementia, but I’m about to declare Ron Paul a prophet. The isolationism and scaled back military Paul preached and I condemned is starting to seem more and more like self preservation to me these days, when the government considers me a threat as a TEA Party supporter, and the constitution is but a relic to the elected ruling elite of today.
I have a new appreciation for how our founding fathers must have been tormented by personal struggles as they began to conceive rebellion against the country of their forefathers. I( love my country, yet I fear having to take up arms against it.
These are exceedingly ugly times…
oh my
” and progtardia in general)”
There’s a reason we stand up for the rights of individuals like George Zimmerman against an overreaching State.
I heard one time GZ put colored glass in the trash bin.
Holder is demanding repeal of anything resembling stand-your-ground laws, regardless of the fact that SYG had nothing to do with Zimmerman trial.
He stated, baldly, that people should have a “duty to retreat” when threatened.
I’m icy mad. Expect a Rape of Liberty II cartoon …
BTW
That email “tip” line should be flooded with emails like “Zimmerman’s kindergarten teacher thinks he did not use the black crayon in an equitable manner with the other colors in the box.”
I propose a “Duty to shoot fascists.”
Duty to retreat is a given in a police state.
What are ya, some kinda anarchist?
#ZimmermanTipLine
One night Zimmerman said the sky was blue. ‘Cuz of he hates the dark.
Can Anyone Verify These Disturbing Allegations About Trayvon’s Family?
Zimmerman voted for Obama, but only the white half.
more “stand your ground” bs
Smiley admitted that though the trial was fair under the law, but “it’s the law that I have a problem with,” he explained. He believes the Zimmerman’s right to “stand his ground” is rooted in the nation’s prejudiced view of black men “as a menace to society.”

It would be such a shame if they were signed up for all sorts of elists and junk mail offers. Maybe even a porn site or two.
Wouldn’t it?
Gayle
Why, that could never happen, could it?
Noooooo. And besides, it would be such a shame.
I suspect that if black men are viewed as a menace to society, it’s less because of racism and more because of their propensity toward being a menace to society.
noticing things is racist and anti science

mailbait.com. It’s hit the Drudge-linked pages at Breitbart. I think it’s gonna get used a lot.
What a shame.
Oooooops, sorry, make that mailbait.info .
Not that it matters.
Somebody should ask Smiley where Zimmerman was supposed to retreat to when he was flat on his back with Martin on top of him tring to pummel his head into the pavement.
Another fucking idiot. Like that fucking idiot ABC reporterette who believes she purchased a real (as opposed to a semi-automatic look-alike) AK-47 for $750.
Obama’s DOJ Demagogues the Zimmerman Case
The “investigation” is the punishment. There will be no indictment, no arrest, no trial where he can clear his name. Only a continuing drip of leaks of anonymously sourced innuendo to destroy Zimmerman and anyone who helps/supports him.
The DOJ will care not one whit about the truth of any of the allegations nor go after those who defame, lie, (even if it is under oath) about “Z”.
This is like the infamous Hillary “FBI Files” which were raw files, containing any and all allegations made by anyone about the subject of a security investigation. Raw files are never meant to be seen outside of the investigators and the info is vetted for veracity before being put into the security files so as to eliminate the lies told by those which a bone to pick.
Threatening to release that type of information on someone publicly is extortion, blackmail if it is to gain some action from the subject. Doing it as the DOJ will to Zimmerman is a cruelty that far exceeds the mere waterboarding that was the worst thing we could do to those who murdered so many of us, which at least was for a reason. This is just being done to placate their pique.
Clearly it’s past time to do away with the civil service and bring back the Spoils System.
I prefer honest corruption to the partisan political corruption we’re forced to endure.

That. And to encourage the rest of us serfs to remember our place.
Do you really want to accept the responsibility that come with owning a firearm —not to mention a concealed carry permit; what with the ever present potential for civil and criminal liability?
“stand your ground” is the proggtard talking point:
The news shoed Stevie Wonder in concert in Quebec announcing he would no longer step foot in Florida. When the audience gve him a huge hand forvthat (hey, Canadians, just as pc and wussy as ever I see–no change there), Wonder then announced, he,d not perform in any state with a Stand Your Ground law.
yea noticing things
I mean, seriously, the worse Trayvon Martin could have done to George Zimmerman is kill him. The government can make him wish he had.
“Everybody who doesn’t work for the Courts or the Congress works for the President. ”
so congress should fire a lot of worthless federal peeps no?
“The government can make him wish he had.”

“BETWEEN the aims of the post-totalitarian system and the aims of life there is a yawning abyss: while life, in its essence, moves toward plurality, diversity, independent self-constitution, and self organization, in short, toward the fulfillment of its own freedom, the post-totalitarian system demands conformity, uniformity, and discipline. While life ever strives to create new and improbable structures, the post-totalitarian system contrives to force life into its most probable states. The aims of the system reveal its most essential characteristic to be introversion, a movement toward being ever more completely and unreservedly itself, which means that the radius of its influence is continually widening as well. This system serves people only to the extent necessary to ensure that people will serve it. Anything beyond this, that is to say, anything which leads people to overstep their predetermined roles is regarded by the system as an attack upon itself. And in this respect it is correct: every instance of such transgression is a genuine denial of the system. It can be said, therefore, that the inner aim of the post-totalitarian system is not mere preservation of power in the hands of a ruling clique, as appears to be the case at first sight. Rather, the social phenomenon of self-preservation is subordinated to something higher, to a kind of blind automatism which drives the system. No matter what position individuals hold in the hierarchy of power, they are not considered by the system to be worth anything in themselves, but only as things intended to fuel and serve this automatism. For this reason, an individual’s desire for power is admissible only in so far as its direction coincides with the direction of the automatism of the system.”

who controls that?
Congress can’t fire them. All Congress can do is refuse to appropriate the money to keep paying them.-
No “stand your ground”, no “castle doctrine”, absolute duty to always retreat, never resist, complete gun control, knife control, any offensive use object control. Paradise, just ask Drummer Lee.
no “castle doctrine”
Holder needs to speak to Sheriff “fire your shotgun through the door” Joe ’bout that.
“Congress can’t fire them. All Congress can do is refuse to appropriate the money to keep paying them.”
ohhh kay
Maybe we’d be bettter of asking Alex DeLarge. After all, who better to understand the pathos of Trayvon Martin?
Witness the birth of the American STASI.
Sweet.
Well, they work for the President, not Congress. So if Congress wants to get rid of them Congress has to downsize them.
“Ideology, in creating a bridge of excuses between the system and the individual, spans the abyss between the aims of the system and the aims of life. It pretends that the requirements of the system derive from the requirements of life. It is a world of appearances trying to pass for reality.
The post-totalitarian system touches people at every step, but it does so with its ideological gloves on. This is why life in the system is so thoroughly permeated with hypocrisy and lies: government by bureaucracy is called popular government; the working class is enslaved in the name of the working class; the complete degradation of the individual is presented as his ultimate liberation; depriving people of information is called making it available; the use of power to manipulate is called the public control of power, and the arbitrary abuse of power is called observing the legal code; the repression of culture is called its development; the expansion of imperial influence is presented as support for the oppressed; the lack of free expression becomes the highest form of freedom; farcical elections become the highest form of democracy; banning independent thought becomes the most scientific of world views; military occupation becomes fraternal assistance. Because the regime is captive to its own lies, it must falsify everything. It falsifies the past. It falsifies the present, and it falsifies the future. It falsifies statistics. It pretends not to possess an omnipotent and unprincipled police apparatus. It pretends to respect human rights. It pretends to persecute no one. It pretends to fear nothing. It pretends to pretend nothing.
Individuals need not believe all these mystifications, but they must behave as though they did, or they must at least tolerate them in silence, or get along well with those who work with them. For this reason, however, they must live within a lie. They need not accept the lie. It is enough for them to have accepted their life with it and in it. For by this very fact, individuals confirm the system, fulfill the system, make the system, are the system.

Therefore, TM should have retreated from Zimmerman if he thought Zimmerman was a threat.
So, why didn’t TM didn’t think that “creepy ass cracker” Zimmerman was a threat?
[Exercise left to the student, who wouldn’t be “dumber than a box of hammers” Holden]
Dear Eric Holder – We Have The Evidence You Seek
We’re number 102 or lower.
“He stated, baldly, that people should have a “duty to retreat” when threatened.”
Just like at Lexington and Concord.
Or, you know, not.
But I can’t help but suspect that, had the British held on to their lucrative agricultural colonies a bit longer they might not have been so keen on ending the cross Atlantic slave trade when they did.
Although it is interesting to see a tacit admission from Holder that Zimmerman was acting under threat at the time of the shooting.
“The whole power structure (and we have already discussed its physical articulation) could not exist at all if there were not a certain metaphysical order binding all its components together, interconnecting them and subordinating them to a uniform method of accountability, supplying the combined operation of all these components with rules of the game, that is, with certain regulations, limitations, and legalities. This metaphysical order is fundamental to, and standard throughout, the entire power structure; it integrates its communication system and makes possible the internal exchange and transfer of information and instructions. It is rather like a collection of traffic signals and directional signs, giving the process shape and structure. This metaphysical order guarantees the inner coherence of the totalitarian power structure. It is the glue holding it together, its binding principle, the instrument of its discipline. Without this glue the structure as a totalitarian structure would vanish; it would disintegrate into individual atoms chaotically colliding with one another in their unregulated particular interests and inclinations. The entire pyramid of totalitarian power, deprived of the element that binds it together, would collapse in upon itself, as it were, in a kind of material implosion.
As the interpretation of reality by the power structure, ideology is always subordinated ultimately to the interests of the structure. Therefore, it has a natural tendency to disengage itself from reality, to create a world of appearances, to become ritual. In societies where there is public competition for power and therefore public control of that power, there also exists quite naturally public control of the way that power legitimates itself ideologically. Consequently, in such conditions there are always certain correctives that effectively prevent ideology from abandoning reality altogether. Under totalitarianism, however, these correctives disappear, and thus there is nothing to prevent ideology from becoming more and more removed from reality, gradually turning into what it has already become in the post-totalitarian system: a world of appearances, a mere ritual, a formalized language deprived of semantic contact with reality and transformed into a system of ritual signs that replace reality with pseudo-reality.”
“INDIVIDUALS can be alienated from themselves only because there is something in them to alienate. The terrain of this violation is their authentic existence. Living the truth is thus woven directly into the texture of living a lie. It is the repressed alternative, the authentic aim to which living a lie is an inauthentic response. Only against this background does living a lie make any sense: it exists because of that background. In its excusatory, chimerical rootedness in the human order, it is a response to nothing other than the human predisposition to truth. Under the orderly surface of the life of lies, therefore, there slumbers the hidden sphere of life in its real aims, of its hidden openness to truth.
The singular, explosive, incalculable political power of living within the truth resides in the fact that living openly within the truth has an ally, invisible to be sure, but omnipresent: this hidden sphere. It is from this sphere that life lived openly in the truth grows; it is to this sphere that it speaks, and in it that it finds understanding. This is where the potential for communication exists. But this place is hidden and therefore, from the perspective of power, very dangerous. The complex ferment that takes place within it goes on in semidarkness, and by the time it finally surfaces into the light of day as an assortment of shocking surprises to the system, it is usually too late to cover them up in the usual fashion. Thus they create a situation in which the regime is confounded, invariably causing panic and driving it to react in inappropriate ways.”
“I mean, seriously, the worse Trayvon Martin could have done to George Zimmerman is kill him. The government can make him wish he had. ”
I don’t think this line of thinking takes into account that Trayvon could have left George as a helpless legally blind, functional quadriplegic, with brain damage and chronic pain who is a huge financial burden on his family. Pounding people’s head on the pavement because you feel like they are rude and disrespectful is serious business.
The people with TV cameras and microphones pointed at them, casually making light of it as if it were not serious business are the problem.
They know they are full of shit which is why they tell a vastly altered version of the story with skittles and a picture of a twelve year old and do NOTHING to correct atrociously vicious and deceptive hyperbole from frothing idiots like Frederica Wilson when they babble about a child being hunted down like a dog and shot in the back.
What if you’re being “threatened” by a government? Where does one “retreat” to in that case?
I watched that pos Holder’s speech to the NAACP. The part that got me was his focus on keeping our children safe from violence such as this.
Really?
How many kids /people are killed in this manner? This case is an ABERRATION. And the audience applauded like the sheeple they are.
Someone’s ignoring the huge elephant in the room- that huge pile of bodies of black-on-black crime. Fucking political assholes.
Oh, and guess who’s leading the parade when Sharpton comes to Detroit for his dog and pony show? The grandma of the little girl who was shot by a stray police bullet (trial is ongoing right now.)
Little forgotten detail – the house was being raided because they were housing a murderer.
Carin
What is even more cynical … since I’m about up-to-here with the “it’s open season on black babies!” schtick, is when the race-whores are pounding the table about how black on black murder is “ignored by the system” what they refuse to acknowledge is the reason that there isn’t MORE attention to the black murderers of blacks is that the black community refuses to help find and convict the murderers.
I swear to Christ, if I see one more picture of a black guy in a hoodie next to their Harvard class picture or some such, with a caption, “Do I look suspicious now?”, I’m going to fucking freak the fuck out.
Seriously.
I’m quitting the internet until this nostalgia for “Rampart” era race hysteria goes away.
I heard she was leading the rally for Sharpton, but I can’t find verification. She was a speaker at the rally that already occurred.
I have the details of that story here: link whore link.
I had to link whore, because no one is putting it all together, because it doesn’t fit teh narrative™
“ignored by the system” what they refuse to acknowledge is the reason that there isn’t MORE attention to the black murderers of blacks is that the black community refuses to help find and convict the murderers.
Because they’re related to the criminals. Duh. See my story.
There is even more bad stuff, but my internet is spotty this morning and I couldn’t get all the links I needed. But when they raided the house, and the girl was shot – the backyard was filled with stolen cars, etc.
Of course it is! But don’t look at me. The most dangerous place a black baby can be is in the womb.
Under the new dispensation, Eric Holder, he old. He old school people. And a police, which make him a cracka. He should get over hisself — hisself, which, that male, so he a nigga too. A old school nigga cracka combo. Smoke a blunt, Eric, and chill.
Also addressing the NAACP convention:
She’s a piece of shit.
Do black people buy that bullshit?
“reducing health disparities”
Yep. Reducing all the outcomes to equally bad outcomes and the disparities have just about disappeared. Seems like an admission against interest though.
Did they pick Orlando for the convention after March 2012?
I’m not sure how much more of this government and its shills I can deal with.
Do black people buy that bullshit?
I was listening to the Eric HOlder part of the speech, and they bought what he sold.
Also I found it interesting [someone can denounce me as racist right now] that during Holder’s speech, there was an organ playing. In the pauses – for dramatic effect. Like during a church service.
Seriously? They were being preached to, and their belief in his argument is a form of faith.
Holder knows how to manipulate “his people.”
They were being preached to, and their belief in his argument is a form of faith.
If the social science analysis of human cognition is nominally correct Carin, faith or the underlying human “common sense” is all there is anyhow — for anybody — including the floundering scientists. So there shouldn’t be any surprise there. Which, heck, that would tend to correspond to the rampant n cultures analysis as well — a culture being taken as any preference whatsoever, be it cannibalistic, Jeantelistic or whathavethey: it’s indeterminate. Or put another way, perhaps, merely a will to power.
f the social science analysis of human cognition is nominally correct Carin, faith or the underlying human “common sense” is all there is anyhow — for anybody — including the floundering scientists. So there shouldn’t be any surprise there. –
Some of us *do* use a bit of rational thought, combined with actual facts to make our determinations of truth. So, not everyone’s underlying “common sense” is equal.
That’s what Descartes thought he was doing (using reason) and his actual fact boiled down to “I’m thinking”. He thought too he had finally got somewhere firm, in that sense, absolute, unquestionable. Turned out he was wrong and only ended up in a cul-de-sac. But hey! Method! Which everyone has bought up ’til now, thinking, O, lookee what we can do! And any schoolchild who faithfully follows the method can do it too! Aren’t we grand?
The CBC still buying/pushing the version promoted by CBS and Crump back in March 2012.
The Narrative, stronger than all of reality.
You’ve gone a bit esoteric on me. When Obama says my health care cost is going to go down, and Sebilius comes out and preaches the glory of the ACA, yet I see with my own eyes the country …
It takes people devoid of any rational thought to believe what they’re selling.
Same as Eric Holder taking about the miniscule # of children killed in situations such as TM – and the idiots clapping as if this is a serious problem …
These people take as faith what is an important and pressing issue. Completely unconnected to reality.
If I’m doing what Descartes did …
So, Rep. Lewis, black boys have no means of self-defense and can’t get a fair trial, eh?
“As with much else, the New Left Administration and its complicit appendages, from the bureaucrats to the media, are trying to deconstruct our justice system, turning manufactured mob outrage and “consensus”-driven political agreement into “fact” and “Truth.”
Turn the “New Left” over in your hand and study its follicled surface and recurved carbuncles and you’ll notice that it is a calloused tumor. But what hides within?
Dissect it with a semiotic scalpel, peel back the flays of twitching rind and pin them to the dissection board. Then peer inside. There, slightly off-center, and displaced distally by a yolk-like jelly, is a pulsing, purplish mass. You cannot miss it: it is small-barely one millimeter in size and shaped like a tiny pear.
Probe its minute corrugations with a sterile lancet and you’ll notice that it is inert. It neither twitches nor shrinks from the cold probe. This is the dead kernal of the New Left.
The cold stern kernal of Obama’s new Democrats is Latin Culture and its jurisprudential format. Latin culture is great when you are throwing a party. Toto’s Beinvenidos! Everyone can join the Conga Line, wear the funny hats and catch the beads tossed from big-breasted women draped over ornate balconies.
But Latin Jurisprudence, with its accessory coercive tongs forged from voodoo, mob-rule and implied guilt, is poison to functioning nation-states where diverse peoples must cohabit, invent, invest and compete under frameworks of legitimate, empirical and enforceable laws. For an example of its verifiable effects, study Haiti’s history.
The dead-purple kernal in Obama’s “New Left” is a poison pill to American Democracy. After nurturing its seedling in the hot-houses of Chicago and elsewhere, it was planted purposefully here and its gardeners in media and DC water it daily with the caustic fertilizers of hate and fear.
It’s time we sprayed this foetid weed with round-up! Ron Paul in 2016!
Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.), an icon of the civil rights era, said the decision “seems to justify the stalking and killing of innocent black boys and deny them any avenue of self-defense.” –
huh?
Disconnected from reality, that one is.
Apologies, Carin, but it’s my understanding that Descartes, among a few other men (thinkers so to speak, like Bacon, Hobbes, Spinoza and others) gave shape to the world we live in, indeed, to the habits of mind in which we model the world without the slightest reflection or question. They were extremely successful — so much so that those habits are practically invisible to us today, like the air we breathe. This was a turn to progress. Of course, that turn has been modified many times since (if only because it wasn’t comprehensive, couldn’t have been comprehensive had it wanted to be), and we bear the results of those modifications along with us as well. But that’s an even longer story.
Haiti’s history
Wouldn’t that be Froggish? As opposed to Espanish cum Latin, that is.
…during Holder’s speech, there was an organ playing. In the pauses – for dramatic effect. Like during a church service.
Or a hockey game.
Or a roller rink.
The Left wants to repeal self defense. So we’re all dependent on government, in any and every way possible.
Molon Labe, bitches.
Do what you want with your narrative. But I’m no “fleeing” like some fucking coward living constantly in fear of predators. And laws or not, those predators will end up dead while I live to see my wife and kids another day.
It’s as simple as that.
Revolution is coming. Even the erstwhile sleepers are starting to feel that vibe.
Somebody wake Professor Kiteley and tell him I said “how you like me now, bitch?”
Or a network news interview.
MSNBC Contributor: More White Kids Must Die Before We Understand Racism
Molon Labe, indeed.
AF Branca on NPR roundtable.
– The MESSNBC, and all the Lefturd mediots are really going all in on this. I think they sense/know if they take the gas on this latest political tabloid journalism ploy they’re running out of tomorrows.
Mr. Holder, if I can run away, I will. If I need to stand my ground, I will. I don’t need a law to tell me when to do either and I am not going to pause and determine age or ethnicity.
Probably should post this here too. Stand your ground, what and why.
Sdferr,
Latin jurisprudence inflicts all countries that have Green in their flags. France’s tricoleur, Italy’s cloth, Mexico’s eagle-w/snake seal o’er latin bars, Saudi Arabia’s Sword-on-Green, Sudan’s rag, etc….
President Obama once boasted that America is a Muslim nation. Who am I to argue: After all, what is Islam if not one giant Conga Line oriented at Mecca five times-a-day, and its followers coerced to join under the threat of penalty of Dhmmitude? Natch Obamanian Marxism, Chavez’ Bolivars, Iran’s Khomenist regime, etc, etc, ad infinitum. Until death do we march?
Forward!
In contrast, red, white and blue graces Anglo-Saxon flags, with some johnny-come-lately Slovak nations thrown in with us. This is an ages-old divide, and America’s southwest – and, now, Sanford, Florida – are on its front lines.
Until we can openly declare the combatants by their colors, we cannot effectively wage the coming war.
Oops! My bad – France’s flag lacks Green. I’m gonna have to reconsider my thesis abit.
They sure act green, what with their presumption of guilt, generous libel laws, and accuser’s bias in court cases.
Hmmm…
Green is also associated with Ireland.
And, um, how would Latin jurisprudence be a thing in Muslim countries?
I predicted back at the New Year that this summer would be another Long Hot Summer, the like of which we haven’t seen since 1968. This particular set of circumstances didn’t come to mind, just a general uneasiness and sense of danger in the wind.
Sometimes I hate it when I’m right.
Do you have a point in there steveaz? National flags traditionally tend to run to either two or three colors for ease of weaving replication back in the day.
Revolution is coming. Even the erstwhile sleepers are starting to feel that vibe. – See more at: https://proteinwisdom.com/?p=50105#comments
Then let it come soon. Before I’m too old and feeble and my children have to fight it.
So a (somewhat related) thought just occurred to me (whoa spell check happened;):
If Mr. Snowden wanted guaranteed asylum on the tropical island of his choice complete with a lifetime supply of fruity flavored rum drinks delivered by friendly young ladies in grass skirts, why didn’t he just “acquire” a couple of the AG emails marked Fast-n-Furious or Silence Gerald Walpin?.
I’ll bet Air Force One would have made a Special; Moscow to Paradise, delivery by now.
