Meet the GOP Senators who ceded discretionary control of border security to leftist Executive appointee Janet Napolitano

Gang of 8 members:

John McCain
Lindsey Graham
Jeff Flake (whom I gave money to. And congrats, Arizona! That’s a GOP two-fer in a state that the federal government overran in court with respect to laws its citizens wanted!)
Bushie Lapdog Marco Rubio

The rest of the cowardly out-of-touch corporatists, crony capitalists, phony conservatives, and RINO shitbags:

Kelly Ayotte
Lamar Alexander
Bob Corker (congrats, Tennessee! That’s a Republican two-fer, as well!) and Hoeven — the two Republicans who introduced the Reid/Obama/Schumer/Menendez amendment with a bipartisan veneer.
Jeff Chiesa
Dean Heller (whom I gave money to)
Mark Kirk
Lisa Murkowski
Roger Wicker
Orrin Hatch (who, if he doesn’t die in office and decides not to retire, had best pull an Arlen Specter and switch parties; because he’s done).

Now, clearly some of these can be peeled off and vote no when the final bill comes up for vote as early as Thursday. GOP Senate leader Mitch McConnell and the rest of those orchestrating the Kabuki theater meant to gull an already dumbed-down electorate into believing some of those who voted in affirmative today are really tough on border security will choose those who are most vulnerable and allow them a final no vote, just so long as the Senate has the 60 votes needed to pass this 1100+-page largely unread (and legally booby-trapped) attempt to forever change the demographic and political face of the US.

This is how the game is played.

And then the House will pass a tough comprehensive immigration reform bill that will be completely defanged in conference, after which about 30 Boehner / establishment loyalists will join with the Democrats to pass a bill that the vast majority of those represented by House Republicans are adamantly against.

And thus, we’ll have been wrangled by our ruling class and their procedural games and cynical lies.

At the point I predict the GOP dies. With the DC establishment soon to follow.

    Wrangled.

    Yee-haw! Git along, little doggie!

  2. EBL says:

They really do not give a shit what voters think, or how they are being played bv Schumer and the Democrats, they just want to make their corporate backers happy.

  3. happyfeet says:

at least three of them ones were endorsed by Sarah Palin

    at least three

    maybe more

    but at least three

I think it has to come to this. We gotta hit rock bottom before we can get back up. The sooner, the better.

If she still endorses them now, you may have a point. But let’s face it – you wanted to bring Palin into this because she’s your favorite bugaboo.

I’m hoping they won’t lump me in with those District 12 hilljacks when the time comes, but as long as I’m not District 13 we be cool.

  7. happyfeet says:

no i have a point cause of anyone who had an actual functioning reality-based brain knew orrin hatch and meghan’s coward daddy would bend over for schumer like the slutty-assed whores they are

I Callahan – What do you care what the little yellow shitstain writes?

  9. Pablo says:

Orrin Hatch (who, if he doesn’t die in office and decides not to retire, had best pull an Arlen Specter and switch parties; because he’s done).

Hatch should have been done last year. He’s been overcooked for two terms now. Dan Liljenquist was a far better candidate, and still Hatch throttled him.

If Utah (who dumped Bob Bennett in favor of Mike Lee) can’t figure that one out, it only further convinces me that we’re too stupid to survive.

  10. Jeff G. says:

Sure. Several were endorsed by Mark Levin, too. And Rush Limbaugh. And me. And TEA Party organizations.

They ran as TEA Party candidates. They lied. Or they sold out.

You only choose to highlight Palin because you have a very unhealthy dislike for vocal conservative woman, and probably hope to see Jeb Bush in the White House, from which perch he can manage and nurture all the fertile and noble latinos.

  11. happyfeet says:

I don’t really care who sits in our fascist whoremagnet white house

    that game is played out

that’s really what this post is telling us, isn’t it

  12. happyfeet says:

and the idea that america is assbanged any more ferociously with or without amnesty is kind of a little precious

this pitiful joke of a country is going down either way

it’s the obamacare-style imposition of convoluted amnesty bills what is far more symptomatic of a failed republic than anything the bill will actually do I think

  13. Pablo says:

Right. You don’t have anything to add, other than the political equivalent of Perez Hilton’s penis drawing penchant.

  14. guinspen says:

    Fuck you, slewfoot.

  15. happyfeet says:

i could make a whole powerpoint Mr. Pablo and it still wouldn’t do a lot of good

we’re mired in the doldrums of an endless sea of inexorable fail

sadder and wiser men we’ll rise the morrow morn

and everyone should plan on having a good breakfast

  16. Pablo says:

i could make a whole powerpoint Mr. Pablo and it still wouldn’t do a lot of good

Yes, because drawing squirting penises on people’s faces doesn’t really impact anything no matter how many times you do it.

  17. happyfeet says:

you are purposely diminishing the impact of my hypothetical powerpoint deck
