Techno question: As a practical matter, what does it take to “wipe out” a terrorist website? Access to the physical infrastructure of the net? Cooperation from the site’s web-hosting entity? Super-secret “kill” commands that can be sent electronically/anonymously? Just curious; this has implications. . .
