Normally I like Hannity and listen intently but, with the Terri rants and moaning and so on I just couldn’t listen any more.
Same thing with the overkill overall on Terri & the Pope. Wall to wall – there are other things going on in the world but, this is all we hear about. I am really tired of wall-to-wall coverage. Some is reasonable and expected but, all Pope all the time is altogether too much. I will watch a movie or work on my car. Anybody else think likewise?
Listening to Neal Boortz, of 750/WSB in Atlanta, describe his conversations with Hannity, it strikes me that Hannity is honest in his views, if a little unhinged.
I agree with that. I generally enjoy listening to him on the drive home from work. The last couple of weeks were a bit rough, however. Listening to the moans and groans that were nominally responses to questions from family members, I found myself turing away. It seemed to me a really unseemly use of a pulverised brain to score political points.
In the end, it appeared to me he wanted to tag Democrats with the “Culture of Death” moniker, and anoint Republicans as representing the “Culture of Life”.
Unseemly. The rest of my thoughts on all sides of this issue are pretty much unprintable.
Is that a Talking Point he’s trying to remember ?
….My car needs washing. Where’s Colmes?……HannityHannityHannityHannityHannityHannityHannityHannityHannityHannityHannity
Wouldn’t “In” be a cool nickname for him? In Hannity?
Man, I kill me (and make others want to).
Disturbing intermediate thought: “What if the Oracle was right, and I can’t raise the dead by getting angry and yelling at people?”
Maybe its just my ideological leanings but I find the Colmes random thoughts far more amusing.
We already know what Hannity is thinking.
Well, sure. But this one was designed to close out the series.
I’m ashamed to admit it, but I actually didn’t see this one coming . . . it did make me laugh, though.
The year’s at the spring,
And day’s at the morn;
Morning’s at seven;
The hill-side’s dew-pearl’d;
The lark’s on the wing;
The snail’s on the thorn;
Hannity’s internal monologue is restored;
G-d’s in His heavenâ€â€
All’s right with the world!
Close out the series? What’s this you wimping out on Hannity random thoughts…oh they’d better make appearances…They’d better!
in the same vein : please enjoy—http://www.citypaper.com/columns/story.asp?id=7467, it’s linked on my name
That was nice; a little subtle, actually. A person had to have been paying attention all along to get it.
Well, given blogosphere reactions of late, I thought subtle and intertextual was the best way to go.
I just hope Sean can stay that focused when the Pope really does die. I’d hate to see him lose his groove.
If Hannity sports “the furrowed brows of moral concern,” what would you call Colmes single left active one?
You can’t go wrong with subtle intertextuality. The swine don’t know your pearls are even there.
oh, yeah, and look at who’s in the pen with us. (yes i’m looking at you, gail)
oink
Wonder how long before Michael Schiavo hits Hannity with a character defamation lawsuit?
