“When They Called; President Obama failed on Benghazi”

The only problem with this pac ad? Is that it doesn’t run on a continuous loop for the next week.

I may be nitpicking, but I have another problem with the ad: I don’t like the cut to Romney at the end. If this is an issue ad, then keep the focus on the issue: Obama fell down on the job, left our people to die, and lied to us. Perhaps the producers put Romney’s picture at the end as a way of showing an alternative, but I found it a little distracting. For one, I don’t know that Romney wants his face associated with the Sept 11th debacle. For another, I don’t want squishy middle voters to write off the message as just so much election propaganda. Just hit them hard with the facts of the matter, and let it sink in. I think the ad would be better served with an ending along the lines of “America deserves better. Obama must go.”

Don’t get me wrong — any ad that whacks America over the head and wakes us up to the enormity of this fuckup is an ad that I can support. Like I said — nitpicking.

Over the weekend, Facebook took down a message by the Special Operations Speaks PAC (SOS) which highlighted the fact that Obama denied backup to the forces being overrun in Benghazi.

In other words, Facebook put the Navy SEALS in timeout in order to shield Obama.

    How low can you go?

    Lower. They can go lower.
