Oh, my!

This is quite unhelpful. Quite unhelpful, indeed.

Visigothery, is what it is. Hobbitry of the worst sort. And it must not stand!

In fact, I feel complicit in the rape of reason itself just for having linked to the thing. It’s impolitic of me. Politically unpragmatic. And frankly is suggestive of a lack of good and proper breeding.

Forgive me. Sometimes my trashy public school roots find their way up out of the dirt of my unnuanced intellect. It’s a thing.

(h/t Darth Levin)

You forgot “raaaaacist,” though, that’s probably implied.

  2. dicentra says:

Hey, if 10s of millions of [censored] immigrants to it, why not POTUS?

  3. Squid says:

Q: What was Obama’s favorite class in school?

    A: RAAAAACISS!

  4. BigBangHunter says:

    – Unfortunately there are an ocean of ways this can, and will, go nowhere. The only hope she has is to get a district federal judge to issue a writ of injunction to show cause, and even then it will just trigger a flood of back and forth filings that will last well after the elections before any court of jurisdiction would ever even hear it.

    – If she were to manage to circunavigate the total firewall she’s up against Roberts would most likely declare it null and void, finding that a citixen is not to be held responsible for an errant issuance and simply order the SS people to issue a nice new card for Jug ears.

    – The system refuses to police itself.

  5. mojo says:

Oh, come on. If you didn’t know the guy was crooked as a dog’s hind leg as soon as the Chicago powers-that-be anointed him as Senator, you’re probably too dumb to breath without assistance.

You don’t GET to be Senator from Chicago unless someone in the Cartel has a nice solid grip on your nads, suitable to induce geeking on demand.

    It’s the Chicago Way.

  6. Slartibartfast says:

Weird. Made 3 or more comments; all disappeared.

  7. Pablo says:

I know they’re lefties, but the Snopes denial of this strikes me as neither inept nor absurd. I’d need to see the actual evidence of the previous use of this number and Obama’s current use of it. If it is indeed the same number, then there’s a problem. If it isn’t then it could quite easily be properly obtained, yet screwed up by a simple clerical error at SSA.

  8. mojo says:

Predicated on the questionable assumption that SSA drones never make mistakes.

  9. Mike LaRoche says:

What’s even funnier is that Rick Moran is the blog editor of that site.

  10. alppuccino says:

Ha! Have played a lot of basketball with Husted. He’s a good athlete and he never passes up a chance to tell people that he played football at the University of Dayton, which is actually high school football plus. He’s a tremendous egomaniac, and he’s not going to do anything to take himself off of his career path.

I swatted his jumpshot into the bleachers. How did I know he was going to shoot, you ask? He had the ball. We’re currently not speaking.

  11. BigBangHunter says:

    – If the fact is that his BC is forged without someone of consequence in the Hawaian jurisdiction coming forward with proof, it will stand. Most of the people that might have had a direct hand have long since passed.

    – The SS card thing is a non-starter. Even if it were proven incorrect he can claim no knowkedge of that, and SS would just be held responsible and required to issue a new card.

    – The most probable scenario is that he fudged on his college entry forms re the “foreign student” thing to game the scholorship programs.

    – All of which is irrelevant to his eligibility as a political candidate. If you want him out you’ll have to do it through the ballot box.

  12. Jeff G. says:

What’s even funnier is that Rick Moran is the blog editor of that site.

Precisely why I write these kinds of posts.

  13. vinny vidivici says:

    mojo 2:08 gets it.

Would it really come as any surprise at this point to find out Choom The Grifter posed as a foreign student to scam set asides or made up a social security number he never bothered to apply for or wafted ever higher in life on gusts of affirmative action, misdirection and charm? I think that’s what all the secretiveness is about — embarrassment. After all the shape-shifting, back-tracking and abandoned declarations and promises, in the end we’re left with a character from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, but without the laughs.

  14. Slartibartfast says:

Yeah, the site I posted a link to (which still won’t post; just Google “obama social security” and click on the link that leads to The Fog Bow) has a fairly extensive debunking.

  15. Jeff G. says:

I think it’s sad we have to pretend we don’t think it at all plausible that Obama never had his citizenship changed back by a mother who pawned him off on his grandmother.

But that’s just me. I’ve learned cynicism over my years doing this.

  16. BigBangHunter says:

    – I doubt his mother had a hand in any of it. If there was scamming involved granny did it.

  17. JHoward says:

If it all doesn’t come out in his third autobiography, surely it will by his tenth.

  18. JHoward says:

Ian Fleming, where are you when we need you?

  19. Squid says:

    …a fairly extensive debunking.

I just want to make the son of a bitch deny it. Time-honored Dem tradition, dontcha know.

  20. BigBangHunter says:

    – I’m still wondering how Obama bought Clintons silence.

  21. palaeomerus says:

Well Glenn Beck this morning said that Obama was like that crow on the power-lines in a Stephen king movie that goes AWWWK and later in the movie tires to peck your eyes out.

I’m surprised that he hasn’t yet been charged with Mega-Super Racism in the Mormon degree yet by someone in the Obama white House, and Romney been called on yo condemn his racism.

  22. dicentra says:

I’m surprised that he hasn’t yet been charged with Mega-Super Racism in the Mormon degree yet by someone in the Obama white House,

They’ve found that criticizing Glenn Beck by name or implication just boosts his audience.

Also, I’m typing this from atop my flying pig: I just switched off Mark Levin because he’s being way too optimistic.

  23. newrouter says:

    – I’m still wondering how Obama bought Clintons silence

baracky and co. can unseal divorce paperwork when a state senator. baracky and co. now run the fed gov’t. slick willy probably has some interesting files lying around.

  24. leigh says:

Bill and Hill know where the bodies are buried. They are also tight with the cave dwellers in DC who hate the Obamas.

Jugears can’t get one over on the Big Dawg.

  25. serr8d says:

Glenn Beck this morning said that Obama was like that crow on the power-lines in a Stephen king movie that goes AWWWK and later in the movie tires to peck your eyes out.

Wha huh? With all due respect to Mr. King, his SCIENCE! is wrong!

  26. BigBangHunter says:

    – All that being true, and knowing Willy, if anyone alive, has the goods on Waffle face, just makes it that much stranger, and I’m not convinced it has anything to do with Hillery because I don’t see a shred of evidence she wants to run in 2016. So why the silence. He came close to spilling the beans in ’07 with the ‘fairytales’ comment, but didn’t follow through. I’d bet he’s got something big on the wormce.

  27. @PurpAv says:

the Snopes denial of this strikes me as neither inept nor absurd.

A goof on the first two digits of the address zip is perfectly plausible. Lot of manual processing going on back then.

If records showing where the card was mailed exist, they’d answer the question.

  28. Danger says:

For the benefit of those not so priviledged to run in Alps social circle (ok, maybe that’s just me and newrouter;):

“On July 2 of this year, Daniels filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama’s name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security number.”

    Alp,

Could ya dunk on him next time and post it on the u-internet tube thing?

  29. BigBangHunter says:

If records showing where the card was mailed exist, they’d answer the question.

    – Since 90% of gov worlers are Dems, guess what would happen to any such evidence.

  30. Pablo says:

I think it’s sad we have to pretend we don’t think it at all plausible that Obama never had his citizenship changed back by a mother who pawned him off on his grandmother.

Actually, I don’t think that’s plausible as there would be no need for it. If he did indeed pick up Indonesian citizenship as a kid, that wouldn’t have cost him his American citizenship so there would be no switching back to do. Your parents/stepparents can’t nuke your US citizenship, you have to do it voluntarily.

    http://travel.state.gov/law/citizenship/citizenship_778.html

  31. Pablo says:

I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised to find that Bumblefuck passed himself off as a foreign student, though.

  32. BigBangHunter says:

    – The poodle press and poodle polling has proped him up as much as they can with a small phony bounce. His ‘sudden influx’ of money is bs too. They’re doing everything possible to put a happy face on things but they’re out of options, At this point he sinks or swims on Romneys fuck-ups. That’s all hes got left.

  33. Ernst Schreiber says:

I think it’s sad we have to pretend we don’t think it at all plausible that Obama never had his citizenship changed back by a mother who pawned him off on his grandmother.

It’s my understanding that nobody can change your citizenship for you. You have to do something affirmative to renounce your citizenship.

Perhaps like applying for admission to College as a foreign exchange student on an Indonesian passport.

  34. Ernst Schreiber says:

    Or what Pablo said.

  35. cranky-d says:

I think that the big secret is that he claimed he was a foreign student so he could get into those fancy colleges easier.

  36. cranky-d says:

    Or, what Ernst said.

  37. newrouter says:

Why Barack Obama’s Social Security card application might have included a Connecticut mailing address is something of a curiosity, as he had no known connection to that state at the time, but by itself that quirk is no indicator of fraud.

yea a 5000 mile trip is no big deal to pick up your mail

  38. bour3 says:

That whole time I was thinking, this seems more like Ostrogothery to me.

  39. Drumwaster says:

It’s my understanding that nobody can change your citizenship for you. You have to do something affirmative to renounce your citizenship.

It used to be that a woman would be considered married under the common law if she did any of a number of things that would indicate to the outside observer that she accepted herself as married, such as using his last name to pay a bill or open a bank account, cohabiting for a minimum length of time (anywhere from 3 to 12) or changing her name to match his, even hyphenated.

I imagine that claiming to have been born somewhere else (ergo, having that citizenship) would count as far as most people would think…

I will repeat that I think Obama was born in Hawaii. I also assert that, despite that necessary datum, HE WAS NOT RAISED AS AN AMERICAN. He spent the formative years living elsewhere, and even after returning to US soil, he was raised by people who hated this country and almost everything it stands for. He never had the common experience that would have been shared by those in his neighborhood (had he actually lived in the US during those years), and has no common foundation with the average American. He admits to having actively sought out those who saw it as their duty to “transform” America, over the wishes of the proletariat who just don’t know what’s good for them, being all bittery and clingery…

I encourage my fellow Americans to give him an opportunity to try another career when his performance review comes up in early November.

  40. BigBangHunter says:

    – It’s 88 today, with 82% humidity. Places I’m glad I’m not at: Chicago, where 400.000 bored school kids in the early fall heat with nothing to do, meet the cops pouring out into the city streets for one big happy picnic.

  41. cranky-d says:

I’m sure he’s a citizen, but I also think he has told a lot of lies along the way to get ahead, and some of those lies involved claiming he wasn’t a citizen.

  42. BigBangHunter says:

    – He;s kind of Kerry squared. He wasn’t a citizen, but that was before he was a citizen, but that was before he was a foreign student, before he was a citizen. Or something.

  43. palaeomerus says:

It is impossible to know with absolute precision both Obama’s exact position and momentum at any given moment.

  44. newrouter says:

he’s baracky international man of intrigue and mockery

  45. Pablo says:

I also assert that, despite that necessary datum, HE WAS NOT RAISED AS AN AMERICAN.

    Truth.

  46. leigh says:

HE WAS NOT RAISED AS AN AMERICAN

Exactly. Whether or not he was born in Hawaii (I think he was, fwiw) isn’t important. He hasn’t lived as an American. He doesn’t think like an American. He isn’t an American other than by an accident of birth.

  47. JimK says:

He’s a red diaper baby by birth and a community organizer by inclination. It really doesn’t matter where he was born.

  48. leigh says:

You can recover from being a Red Diaper baby. David Horowitz and Peter Collier were both red diaper babies and went on to co-authhor a pile of books unmasking the left. Horowitz is still publishing Frontpage Magazine.

I think Obama is a narcissist and a socialist. He’s also not very smart, so hope of him changing is nil.

  49. BigBangHunter says:

    – Change, yeh he’ll change. He’ll lurch even farther to the Left in a second term.

  50. Pablo says:

You can recover from being a Red Diaper baby.

But you need a pivot point. Bumblefuck doesn’t have one.

  51. BigBangHunter says:

    – My gane starts in a bit, so its time to suspend disbelief and hope this will be a better season than last.

  52. newrouter says:

My gane starts in a bit

    remember no pain no gane

  53. dicentra says:

He doesn’t think like an American.

He thinks like a lot of Americans, unfortunately. He’s a Faculty-Lounge Socialist and an Alinskyite and a red-diaper baby. He doesn’t sound like a foreign version of a Faculty-Lounge Socialist, either: he sounds like our home-grown ones.

And a narcissist, but that comes with the territory.

  54. leigh says:

But you need a pivot point.

True. Horowitz didn’t wake up and smell the coffee until the Panthers killed one of his friends. Obama would congratulate them on a job well done, since she was a typical white person.

  55. serr8d says:

Heh. Way, way OT, but that vile Twitter troll @shoq had to pack it in, for calling a much younger gf an ‘intolerant cunt’. Recall, this is the same leftard who helped launch #StopRush, supposedly for Rush Limbaugh calling a gal who wanted free bc a ‘slut’.

Now you see why I’m such a big fan of Karma, whether or not it’s just random happenstance that just so happens to work out perfectly!

  56. leigh says:

    He’s a Faculty-Lounge Socialist

I haven’t been around any of those in years, but that sounds like I remember them.

  57. sdferr says:

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) has been forced to postpone a hearing on an inspector general’s investigation of “Operation Fast and Furious” until next week.

The Justice Department’s inspector general, Michael Horowitz, told Issa in a recent letter that after 17 months of investigating the botched gun-tracking operation, the lengthy report would not be ready for public release until later this week, at the earliest.

  58. leigh says:

sdferr, Greta Van Susteran is going to have Issa on her program tonight.

  59. palaeomerus says:

All temperature mountain Fresh Gane gets out the spots that All leaves behind.

  60. David Weisman says:

Slartibartfast, are you alluding to the suggestion there was a clerical error because, ‘The President’s house in Hawaii was in zip code 96814 and the zip code for Danbury, CT. is 06814.’?

  61. BigBangHunter says:

    – Alright palaeo ‘n nr. gane = game.

    – Now you can relax and enjoy the GAME, so you won’t spend the next three hours obsessing over a typo.

    – Yiu’re welcome. (oops)

  62. newrouter says:

‘The President’s house in Hawaii was in zip code 96814 and the zip code for Danbury, CT. is 06814.’?

what’s the town for 16814 or 86814? besides if you do manual type you look for errors more?

  63. palaeomerus says:

    “- Yiu’re welcome. (oops)”

Nope, I can’t do anything with that. I got nothing.

  64. newrouter says:

peeps like snopes still don’t understand rathergate what with typefaces

  65. BigBangHunter says:

    – Ok then. Not a pretty win, but a win. Rivers continues to falter in the red zone, but the defense showed up big.
