Eviction notices on the doors of Jewish students?

Not bad. But I think they should have gone with yellow Stars of David. Why mess with a classic, amiright?

Jude!

BOCA RATON — Quoting Abraham Lincoln, President Obama touted strong government, including public education, Social Security and building infrastructure, to about 4,500 Florida Atlantic University students and faculty this afternoon.

Birds of a feather, flock together.

  2. sdferr says:

We have the right to express ourselves,” Fawzy said. “There is no reason for the Jewish community to feel afraid.”

  3. McGehee says:

I kept telling the people in my old neighborhood they had no reason to be afraid of me. Just because they’d wake up in the middle of the night to find me standing at the foot of the bed grinning maniacally while running my thumb up and down the edge of an axe blade, was no reason for them to get so nervous and all.

Also at FAU a few weeks ago. Must be something in the water.

Must be something in the water.

    Grape flavored.

As Obama’s campaign has been searching for a slogan to match 2008’s “Yes We Can,” he might have debuted the 2012 slogan on Tuesday, ending his speech forcefully with a series of declarations beginning with “Here in America.”

“Here in America, we look out for one another. . . . Here in America we can seize any moment,” as the crowd burst out in cheers and Hail to the Chief blasted in FAU’s gym.

“This election probably has the biggest contrast that we’ve seen maybe since the Johnson-Goldwater election. Maybe before that. Because my vision, Bill Nelson’s vision, the Democratic vision, is one that says free markets are the key to economic growth, that we don’t need more government just for the sake of expanding its reach. But there are certain things we have to do, whether it’s investments in education, or basic science and research, or caring for the most vulnerable among us, creating an effective safety net, and we have to do it because we can’t do it on our own.”

FAU, they be “Jonesin’, and too young to know it.

Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad has failed to send the required ‘signal of peace,’ UN-Arab League envoy Kofi Annan told the UN Security Council on Tuesday.”

What, the cannonades weren’t signal enough Kofi? Have you never heard of the peace of the dead, you silly UN man?

Somehow, this incident has yet to appear on their Wikipedia page. Anyone feel like contributing?

  8. Ernst Schreiber says:

Obama’s setting himself up as the defender of free markets? As in, you’re free to engage in any commerce that’s not forbidden because it’s mandatory?

    God help us all.

  9. Ernst Schreiber says:

    Obama’s slogan ought to be

    No Limit

I don’t remember who came up with America — Let’s Finish It!, but that’s a little slice of genius.

  12. Squid says:

Also, somebody needs to remind Students for Justice in Palestine that if justice really prevailed in that part of the world, then Palestine’s many acts of war (bombings, kidnappings, rocket attacks, etc.) would lead Israel to justifiable warfare, conquest, and subjugation of its warlike neighbor.

But then, “justice” is just one more word long since perverted by the Left.

  13. Mr. W says:

I hope nobody tells the Students for Justice in Palestine that neither the place, ‘Palestine’, or the people, ‘Palestinians’ exist. If they knew that both people and place were invented simply as a cudgel to beat the Jews with they would doubtless be heartbroken.

Then again, as long as some Jews somewhere are getting beaten with something the Students for the Eradication of Jews Everywhere and Most Especially in the Zionist Entity* would probably be okay with it.

*That was their original name, but they thought it was a bit unwieldy.
