Let’s do a little test:
Is Cain an affirmative action graduate of a university? No.
Was Cain hired because of affirmative action to be a law school professor? No.
Did Cain make his way to the top of a major corporation without the helping hand of affirmative action? No.
Based on the above criteria, Cain is not “authentic” enough to qualify as “Black.”
