when I read the book it was really stupid cuz we had to read it on tape (cuz I read it in skool) and the guy was talking like a hill-billy on crack. then, when I saw the movie, dally looked SOOOOOO HOTT! Matt Dillon (who plays dally) is like 41 and he’s still like REALLY hott! The movie was so freakin short! I remembered EVERY line from it.
