Really? Because next you’ll be telling me that the government will declare that what we exhale — and what plants “breathe” — is a pollutant. And I’m just not buying your slippery slope arguments.
WHY DO YOU HATE CLEAN WATER AND FOWL WITHOUT CRUDE OIL ON THEIR FEATHERS THAT VOLUNTEERS WILL SHOW UP TO CLEAN OFF WITH PRISTINE WHITE CLOTHS?
What I don’t understand is why they haven’t gone after carbonated beverages.
Look at all the carbon dioxide pouring off that seltzer water! And those soda machines, they’re practically raping the earth as we speak.
Practically?
I’m sure they’re going about it in as practical a manner as possible — considering the their own size relative to the size of the planet.
yes that’s the solution Vern is teh smart
Well you know what really causes deep water spills don’t you, huh, don’t you?????
GLOBAL WARMING!!!!!
That’s right and … and … and …
Yeesh, I’m just tired of this whole environmental garbage mess station. Why bother looking at the numbers when you are selling vacuum cleaners to Gaea Momma?
Obama’s grand plan: We are just saving the oil here till it is $300 a barrel. Peak oil baby! Then we will tax it and use that money to pay for Obamacare. Win win.
By the time they’re done none of us is going to be able to afford to live anywhere with a roof over our heads, unless it’s made of corrugated metal. Those taxes will only apply to a very few people, and not for long.
no for reals why is this “limited government” monkey advocating giving the failshit US government the power to force oil service companies not to do business with Cuba?
That’s his idea of limited government? Cuban oil will still increase supply, which is helpful, and Cuba’s going to produce the oil whether the failshit US government lets US companies have a piece of the business or not.
We should be drilling for all the oil we can offshore. Why leave it for the Chinese to take under liscense from Cuba?
It’s not like they’re going to adhere to any of the onerous regulation we’re putting on US oil companies anyway.
The regulations and high taxation are what are really killing businesses here, and keeping new businesses from being built. The labor costs are a significantly smaller factor. This crap is so simple it takes a lengthy education to convince someone otherwise.
Once we lose the Suez and gas is $7 a gallon we can start drilling again and be Norway!
