I mean, mountains are great and all, but the surfing’s for shit. And the only decent crabs I’ve been able to find in Colorado come from a $35-a-throw party girl named “Kiki.” God bless her.

The movie referenced in the title was filmed in part in Ocean City, MD, where I lived at the time.

Well, it ain’t the North Shore, but it’s got Colorado beat…
I ate at a restaurant in Ocean City, MD once. None of us could remember the name afterwards, so we just called it “The Dancing Crab” for the giant animated neon crab sign out front. They served the second best crab I’ve ever had. At one point we planned a road trip from coast to coast, and we were going to kick things off at The Dancing Crab. Reality intervened, however, and the trip never happened. Haven’t been back since.
