Frisch Fry: teh crazy’s final chapter. Well, for the time being, at least.

Eyewitness report from the court room, for those of you interested.

Me, I relished it. And not even Jesus was pissed at me for doing so.

77 Replies to “Frisch Fry: teh crazy’s final chapter. Well, for the time being, at least.”

  1. Squid says:

I hope her dog found a good home.

  2. Lamontyoubigdummy says:

Deb’s attorney, Mr. E., had called to say he was running late on his way from Salem…

Because, so many witch trials, so little time?

    Good grief.

The prosecutions’ first witness was a goddamn bartender at a (that night) lesbian themed bar who Deb psychotically accused of discrimination.

Jesus. You can’t make this shit up.

Back to basics. If her family continues to support her financially in any way, they should be made to pay.

  3. Rick says:

The part I dig in this enduring epic is that the crank criminal is a PhD, and worked in the academy.

Progglodytes have come here occasional to sniff that the host just can’t cut it in the big, scary-smart leagues of academe. Yet look who has gotten in. Deb, and Amy Bishop.

    Cordially…

  4. alppuccino says:

She is a waste. Her parents provided her with shelter and walking around money so she could victimize people. Rehabilitation is for those with a good person buried inside. A rare thing. She needs to be ground up and neutralized by the system. There’s no goodness there and her parents, for their part, deserve the punishment of watching her go.

  5. NukemHill says:

    Jeff,

I fear for your safety. I hope you’ve taken up arms. Dropping her from 10′ is much better than having to fight her off hand-to-hand. And I have no doubts she’s capable of going after you. She’s not going to get the type of treatment that she obviously needs, and probation after time served is just going to piss her off.

Please watch yourself and your family.

  6. Carin says:

I heartwarming tale. I laughed, I cried. Two Thumbs WAY UP.

  7. JHo says:

Good on you, Jeff. Justice is not common. Enjoy.

  8. bour3 says:

It’s a wet, breezy morning in the Willamette Valley, where the storm pummeling Washington and Oregon from the coast to the Cascade Mountains continues blowing sheets of rain over us, downing trees and painting the sky a dismal gray –except at occasional intervals, when it was checked by a violent gust of wind which swept up the streets (for it is Oregon that our scene lies), rattling along the housetops, and fiercely agitating the scanty flame of the lamps that struggled against the darkness

  9. dicentra says:

Congrats on the 3-month reprieve, Jeff. Here’s hoping… well… that jail changes her somehow.

I will refrain from specifics at this point, but you can define “change” however you want.

  10. cranky-d says:

That’s some change I can hope for, dicentra.

  11. Soiled Sockpuppet says:

That’s a special kind of teh crazy. Glad she’s behind bars.

  12. Topsecretk9 says:

I haven’t read, was anyone able to make contact with her family? Did they shed any light on her extreme mental illness?

  13. XBradTC says:

I have to say, I don’t think she’s “mentally ill” so much as used to getting away with shit. Maybe, just maybe, she’ll use some of her Decision Making training in the future to realize that she didn’t factor in all possible outcomes…

  14. Patrick S (not that other Patrick who may or may not be anti-semitic) says:

It was a dark and stormy night…

I’m sure her time inside will rehabilitate her. It does wonders for so many.

  15. Darleen says:

    XBrad

I believe she’s a bit crazy, but crazy with a calculating, evil intelligence behind it. She knows, knows how to scare the shit out of people with teh crazy just far enough that many of them cut and run and won’t do anything about her.

They’ve tried to psyche eval her before and she refuses to cooperate. Crazy is bad enough – crazy and evil takes to a plane that is too much to contemplate.

  16. bh says:

    Luckily she’s also stupid.

  17. Spiny Norman says:

Jesus fuck…are you finally done with this insane nonsense?

That’s the question that should be asked of Deb Frisch, not her victims.

  18. Joe says:

While not complete justice, it’s a start.

  19. Joe says:

Deb is not legally insane–that requires someone being so delusional they do not know right from wrong. She knows what she is doing is wrong. Bat Shit Crazy is not a legal defense.

  20. Joe says:

Congratulations. It is like the 2010 midterms, not the end game, but a good start.

  21. Kimberly says:

“While not complete justice, it’s a start.” And I hope it continues along this path. It’s been difficult to read about her behavior without being reminded of Laurie Wasserman Dann, another mentally-ill stalker who was able to terrorize people across the US (via phone and in person, since this was pre-internet) while her wealthy, in-denial parents lied about her mental health situation and allowed her to buy guns with their credit cards. Perhaps someone should send a note to Deb’s parents asking them to Google how that whole situation turned out.

I am very happy that, for now, Deb’s victims can rest easy.

  22. Topsecretk9 says:

I wonder if Deb shipped her dog off to the crazies at Balloon Stupid?

  23. McGehee says:

    Go away, troll.

  24. bh says:

It’s sort of like some of the trolls like to use these threads to audition for the understudy role.

Which, yeah, that’s a sure sign your life is super happy and rewarding.

  25. LTC John says:

It smells like thor… same kind of coked up weirdness.

  26. Spiny Norman says:

Has meya returned with yet another sockpuppet?

  27. Spiny Norman says:

Could be thor, too, but I thought he’d finally gotten bored with us and found someone else to annoy.

  28. LTC John says:

Mmmm… could be RD, true. Not much difference anymore between the two of ’em.

  29. Darleen says:

AB is using lots of proxy ips … some used by “money man” “Mr. Black” “Sinister Trampoline” and of cross some out of meya/RD’s vault of IPs

  30. I wonder if Deb shipped her dog off to the crazies at Balloon Stupid?

    Talk about cruelty to animals…

  31. LTC John says:

    Ah, so RD it is…

  32. Abe Froman says:

It could be RD. Or alphie. Most of these dullards are interchangeable.

  33. bh says:

Most of these dullards are interchangeable.

    Yep.

  34. Roddy Boyd says:

Public court records make clear that her folks supported her obliquely. She sold that house in Oregon to them–otherwise known as an asset transfer–for $50k last year.

Her folks are fairly sophisticated, legally and financially. They gave her enough money with the deal to subsist on without running afoul of obvious liability that would come from subsidizing her reign of terror, but were it to come to that, they would be able to point to the below market sale value and cite compelling economic reasons for the deal.

The house couldn’t be seized from Frisch and her folks have plausible deniability…the law is pretty clear about a distinction between renter and owner in the assignment of liability on these matters.

Deb was too sick for the plan to work though.

  35. Darleen says:

anonymity has a newly-affirmed niche in the political process

Not really. Sierra Club has never had to reveal its donor list when donating to Leftist issues.

Oh, right, “Free speech” only exists for the Leftcult, eh AB/RD/POS

  36. Pablo says:

If they were savvy, they’d say “Why is our former son-in-law Google bombing our daughter?”

Yeah, that’ll work really well with a militant lesbian. You’re out of you’re league, kid.

Hopefully, when Deb gets sprung, she’ll continue to focus her attentions on the federal court staff. Hilarity will certainly ensue.

  37. Mikey NTH says:

    Well done, Judge Vogt.

  38. SteveG says:

a return to anonymity can be achieved by taking oneself out of the arena… or in this case, letting the authorities do it by assigning you an inmate number; an enforced anonymity if you will

luckily most, if not all of the posters here eventually find the off switch before the kool aid and baloney sandwiches are served

  39. JD says:

Trolls are getting increasingly agitated everywhere.

  40. bh says:

What’s the law of trolls that relates to that, JD?

  41. McGehee says:

I think they hear the trip-trop, trip-trop of their electoral fate.

  42. geoffb says:

Proxy IPs give anonymity to the poor internet trolls. They stir up messes and hurt a some people. A nasty bunch they are but there are bigger fish who use larger anonymizers. Purpose built to hide their doings that bring harm to millions worldwide. Political filthy laundry washed anonymously clean with Tides.

  43. JD says:

This is JD’s 1st Rule of Trolls, bh. Troll activity increases or decreases in inverse proportion to the trends for Barcky and the Dems. Barcky doing good, trolls are quieter. Barcky getting ready to get kicked in the teeth by the electorate, they go nutz.

  44. bh says:

    Science!

  45. serr8d says:

Good riddance to the Frisch one. Lane County Jail might be her final stop, if she crosses the wrong inmate.

As far as the ankle-deep backwash from other trolls like RD, timmah and little Elfie, that could be suppressed immediately with a requirement for an OpenID login. The concept of full internet anonymity is completely dead, and has been for a couple years now; with OpenID, a commenter must have one of the many accepted forms of stable internet ID: Facebook, MySpace, Yahoo!, the various g00gles, and others I disremember.

Just think: no more of the guesswork. If it’s Villiam, we know it’s Villiam and not thor or another worm like him.

  46. Jeff G. says:

a requirement for an OpenID login.

Show me how to make that work. Sounds like a good idea.

  47. McGehee says:

I’ve never really had much luck with OpenID, but there are other options.

  48. JD says:

It has never not proven to be true. Well, there are a couple of quirks, which can be attributed to poor character and general asshattery of the trolls. At what should be peaks of success for the moon bats, rather than celebrate with class and dignity, there are always upticks of the clowns screaming about how the conservativeswill be lost in the woods, the end of conservatism, how great they are, how evil everyone else is. Poor losers,l and even worse winners.

  49. McGehee says:

For example, there’s a WordPress plugin for Disqus (with which I’ve never had any trouble), and I’d be really surprised if you couldn’t block the unlogged-in, or send them to moderation or something.

  50. The nice thing about Disqus is that troll comments can be quickly flagged and removed from view.

  51. McGehee says:

with OpenID, a commenter must have one of the many accepted forms of stable internet ID: Facebook, MySpace, Yahoo!, the various g00gles

Oh. Whoops. Okay, as long as I don’t need an actual OpenID login I could deal with that.

  52. DRJ says:

I’m sure this is a relief to you and your family, and I hope it’s really over this time.

  53. dicentra says:

Deb’s got some kind of personality disorder or two, which means she constructed this hellish personality her own self and clings to it like grim death.

Nothing physically wrong with her brain: she just enjoys being nasty as hell.

  54. RD says:

Show me how to make that work. Sounds like a good idea

    We’ve been over this.

Your current income average is insufficient to cover the expense.

And by “your,” I’m really talking about “my.” It just makes me feel better to pretend that it’s you who is bitter, has no prospects, and spends his evenings trolling websites under dozens of names and hundreds of IP addresses because he has nothing else in his life.

  55. malaclypse the tertiary says:

Disqus or Intense Debate is the way to go on the comments. I will happily help you install either.

  56. alppuccino says:

“Your current income average is insufficient to cover the expense” moaned RD while relaxing with a huge pair of hairy balls resting on her eye sockets. She then picked a pube off of her tongue and went back to sleep.

  57. BJTex, 100% Portuguese Self-Inflicted Brain Farts says:

RD should swoon at the opportunity to eliminate the public presence of Teh Squeaky Wheel known as Dr. Deb WHOOOOO! Instead this is yet another opportunity to make a glancing blow and then hide in a basement, dodging the rats that have come from the cages.

What next? How many times does she have to act like a loony bin idiot, irrespective of her sexual choice? It doesn’t matter. RD will have to deal with the apocalyptic disaster that awaits liberal Dems at the next election and will have to try and find Teh Crazee Conservotypes so she has something that will result in a glancing blow, before running to the rat infested basement.

Semi wash, semi rinse, semi repeat.

  58. BJTex, 100% Portuguese Self-Inflicted Brain Farts says:

In the meantime, Jeff G. having been personally and horribly hammered by this Earth Lunatic states his confidence in seeing her thrown away for ninety days. My goodness, Jeff, where is your personal mercy, eh? Why should you feel that even though she made a point over four years of acting like a nut gong to your entire family, especially your son?

Sure this just a great point to show Jeff’s lack of liberal mercy … not. Feel free to defend this wacky witch who easily covers her 90 day life from general.

Bravo, Jeff! It shouldn’t surprise anyone (with a real brain) that there are dozens and dozens, including me, who are warming and confident … for now.

  59. McGehee says:

I am guardedly confident. But not as guarded as Deb’s gonna be. <rimshot>

  60. BJTex, 100% Portuguese Self-Inflicted Brain Farts says:

    Bah Dum-Ching!

Love your rimshots, McGehee but make sure you promote a favored menu item.

  61. Matt says:

On the upside, she’ll blow her probation and the judge will impose the full 18 month sentence. As they say, she’s on the State’s radar now, which was the best possible result for Jeff and her other victims -they’ll watch her pretty closely, especially with this judge apparently taking a personal interest in the case. The system treats you the same if you’re a number but if you go out of your way to make yourself stand out, as Frisch has done, you’ll be treated accordingly.

  62. TheGeezer says:

And not even Jesus was pissed at me for doing so.

He can hardly wait to get His hands on her…

    BJ, HI!

  63. BJTex, 100% Portuguese Self-Inflicted Brain Farts says:

Geezer! How is it shaking for you?

  64. serr8d says:

Disqus or Intense Debate is the way to go on the comments. I will happily help you install either.

mal the ter is the go-to WordPress guru.

    Discus, here. Intense Debate, here.

You’ve a treasure-trove of existing comments, worth keeping; if there’s a way to go forward without killing all the prior comments, that’s worth exploring. This comment is one of my favorites… https://proteinwisdom.com/?p=15050#comment-735368

  65. TheGeezer says:

It gets shakier and shakier as the days go by.

I left a message on your machine this morning about an hour ago.

    See ya around here!

  66. mojo says:

    Bullies: there’s always somebody bigger.

    Here endeth the lesson.

  67. motionview says:

I think the third time I read it was the best, not to take anything away from the 4th time.

  68. alppuccino says:

BJTexas you magnificent (insert B word followed by exclamation mark)

  69. Gulermo says:

    “Ne’er a horse that couldn’t be rode, ne’er a rider that couldn’t be throde.”

  70. largenfirm says:

A witness in her neighborhood reported that her dog was taken away by “…a Vietnamese man in a rubber apron”.

    Draw your own conclusions.

    Or, discuss.

  71. largenfirm says:

As for the Deb’s lawyer running late, the weather was extremely bad between Salem and Eugene that day – sheets of rain, high winds, hail.

  72. surfhut says:

Jeff, I haven’t been around here in a long time. Back then I read your blog every day but rarely posted. I’ve been busy with stuff like my husband’s death, but I plan on rejoining the crew.

I’m so happy that you and your family can breathe easier for a while. My fear for you and the others is this: She is now like a wild animal backed into a corner. If she doesn’t go ape-shit on somebody while locked up (thus earning another, longer sentence), she will be even more dangerous when she gets out. If she does get out, I hope she is assigned the biggest bad-ass PO the court can find. I will continue to hold you in my prayers.

  73. cranky-d says:

If I have to give up my handle, I will probably stop commenting. I don’t mind some people knowing who I really am, but I don’t want everyone to know.

  74. McGehee says:

Cranky, Disqus allows users to retain handles when they sign up. With OpenID you should be able to use your Twitter login.

  75. cranky-d says:

If I can use my twitter login, all is well.

  76. cranky-d says:

If you go to myopenid.com, you can sign up for a free openID using any handle you want to. I just did, as a precaution. I expect this site will have to move to some kind of id for logins eventually.
