Here’s how the Christian Science Monitor’s Jane Lampman summarizes Yasser Arafat’s time on the world stage:
In a tumultuous 40-year odyssey, Arafat has gone from armed revolutionary steeped in a violent struggle against Israel; to found Fatah, a militantly nationalist Palestinian organization, in the early 1960s; to peacemaker and 1994 Nobel Prizewinner; to the first elected Palestinian president; and now, to semisidelined leader.
“Peacemaker”? “Elected”? “Odyssey“…? C’mon, Jane: A Greek hero this shriveled old bug most certainly is not.
So here’s my revision, offered to Ms. Lampman free of charge:
In 40 years of public Jew hatred, Arafat has gone from killing and hating Jews; to hating and killing Jews, by way of preaching hatred of Jews and inciting violence against Jews; to Jew hater and killer in 1994; to self-installed Jew hater and killer-in-Chief; and now, to cornered Jew hater and killer.
See? Simple, accurate and easy on the spell checker. This ain’t rocket science, after all.

Don’t forget soon to be dead Jew hater
I like yours *much* better, indeed. Though you’d think the IDF would’ve finished him off by now.
So he wasn’t serious when he put “Consider being nicer to Jews” on his to-do list?
He was feeling kinda realpolitiky that day. Hellfire missiles’ll do that to a fella.
Don’t forget: he has American blood on his hands, too. That’s a JDAMned good reason for me to hate him.
