….and you didn’t buy me the Camera? You turkey…. You know, I do have an inside thing going with Santa. Someone’s getting coal in his stocking this year. ;-P
Oh, that makes becoming a herd of crazed animals ok then.
Please take a number, Pat.
*snort* Well, if I have to… *rips off ticket*
They was gettin their shoppin’ thug thizzle on!
Don’t get between Noo Yoikuhs and their plasma TVs, is the apparent takeaway here.
I was born and raised in New York, and I don’t know anyone who would behave in such a manner.
I dunno. I like a good bargain as much as the next person. But I can’t think of a single thing I want that merits enduring a crowd like that. These weren’t bread lines after all.
Well, and the argument is always that these are poor, disaffected folks who can’t survive if not for these super deals. I don’t doubt that there are plenty of folks who are much less fortunate than I am. There but for the grace of God and all that (seriously). But anyone who’s paying $798 for a plasma TV still has $798 to spend on useless nonsense. And if they gave up just one of their $5 lattes per day, it wouldn’t take long to save up and buy that vacuum at full price. But what do I know. I grew up on welfare and worked hard so I wouldn’t be in that position ever again. And I don’t own a plasma TV.
Damn those rapacious capitalist running dogs, forcing these virtuous folk to behave so abominably with their low prices!
Valley Stream. That explains a lot. That was not a neighborhood of civic responsibility and neighborly good feeling even back when I lived on Long Island.
Thanks for staying on the Black Friday trampelling, Dan.
At some point in this murder the death blow was delivered. Someone big stepped deliberately on the prostate man and put his/her full weight down on either the man’s chest or on his head.
This person or persons must be discovered and he or she needs to face manslaughter charges.
Last, if the media make excuses for the perpetrators and blame “mob” mentality or “capitalism” or “racism” for this preventable death, then it’s one last sign that journalism, as a hallowed liberal truth-finding vocation, is truly dead.
