Obama spokesman Robert Gibb: Oh, wait! Obama did work with Ayers even with a knowledge of Bill Ayers’ radical and violent past

Remember when Robert Gibb said earlier that Senator Obama didn’t know of Bill Ayers’ violent past? Well, that’s not entirely true, as it turns out. This, according to Mr Gibb. Who strenuously disagrees with Mr Gibb for taking Mr Gibb out of context and putting words into the mouth of Mr Gibb.

Besides — what about the big issues? AND, you know — KEATING!

I would hate to be Baracky’s terrorist friend. First of all it would be embarrassing, all the fuss. Also though I would be hurt that Baracky didn’t come out and say yes he’s my friend and I love him even if he’s an anti-American terrorist person. When he got busted about his hateful marxist pastor he gave a whole speech on race that was a definitive and historical discussion of the subject for almost a whole week. Where’s my speech I’d be thinking, I’m marxist too! I hate America!

That’s what I would be thinking if I were Baracky’s terrorist friend.

    Weather Underground Organization
Communique #1: A Declaration of a State of War
    Delivered May 21, 1970

    Hello. This is Bernardine Dohrn.

Im going to read A DECLARATION OF A STATE OF WAR.

This is the first communication from the Weatherman underground.

All over the world, people fighting Amerikan imperialism look to Amerikas youth to use our strategic position behind enemy lines to join forces in the destruction of the empire.

Black people have been fighting almost alone for years. Weve known that our job is to lead white kids to armed revolution. We never intended to spend the next five or twenty-five years in jail. Ever since DSD became revolutionary, weve been trying to show how it is possible to overcome the frustration and impotence that comes from trying to reform this system. Kids know that the lines are drawn; revolution is touching all of our lives. Tens of thousands have learned that protest and marches dont do it. Revolutionary violence is the only way.

Now we are adapting the classic guerrilla strategy of the Tuparmaros to our own situation here in the most technically advanced country in the world.

Che taught us that revolutionaries move like fish in the sea. The alienation and contempt that young people have for this country has created the ocean for this revolution.

The hundreds and thousands of young people who demonstrated in the sixties against the war and for civil rights grew to hundreds of thousands in the past few weeks, actively fighting Nixons invasion of Cambodia and the attempted genocide against black people. The insanity of Amerikan justice has added to its list of atrocities six blacks killed in Augusta, two in Jackson and four white Kent State students making thousands more into revolutionaries.

The parents of the privileged kids have been saying for years that the revolution was a game for us. But the war and racism of this society show that it is too fucked up. We will never live peaceably under this system.

This was totally true of those who died in the New York townhouse explosion. The third person who was killed there was Terry Robbins, who led the first rebellion at Kent State less than two years ago.

The twelve Weathermen who were indicted for leading last Octobers riots in Chicago have never left the country, Terry is dead, Linda was captured by a pig informer, but the rest of us move freely in and out of every city and youth scene in this country. Were not in hiding, but were invisible.

There are several hundred members of the Weatherman underground and some of us face more years in jail than the 50,000 deserters and draft dodgers now in Canada. Already many of them are coming back to join us in the underground or to return to the Mans army and tear it up form inside along with those who never left.

We fight in many ways. Dope is one of our weapons. The laws against marijuana mean that millions of us are outlaws long before we actually split. Guns and grass are united in the youth underground.

Freaks are revolutionaries and revolutionaries are freaks. If you want to find us, this is where we are. In every tribe, commune, dormitory, farmhouse, barracks and townhouse where kids are making love, smoking dope and loading guns – fugitives from Amerikan justice are free to go.

For Diana Oughton, Ted Gold and Terry Robbins, and for all the revolutionaries who are still on the move here, there has been no question for a long time now – we will never go back.

Within the next fourteen days we will attack a symbol or institution of Amerikan injustice. This is the way we celebrate the example of Eldridge Cleaver and H. Rap Brown and all black revolutionaries who first inspired us by their fight behind enemy lines for the liberation of their people.

Never again will they fight alone.

    so much for Reaganomics………..

I thought I would add something MILDLY important, notwithstanding, this post.

” Perino: Impossible to say if country is in a recession
    By Sam Youngman
    Posted: 10/07/08 01:08 PM [ET]

The White House said Tuesday that it is impossible to say if the country’s economy is facing the “classic definition” of a recession, as global markets continued to wrestle with uncertainty and bad news.

White House press secretary Dana Perino, who along with Bush has resisted using the word “recession” for months, said regardless of the terminology, the president is well-aware of the financial pain the credit squeeze is causing families.

  11. Oh Wait!…

Obama campaign spokesman comes out and just admits that The One not only knew Bill Ayers, but that Bill Ayers was in fact a domestic terrorist when The One had his coming out party at Ayers' home.  Which completely contradicts his earlier sta…

Since so many terms from the past are being recycled by the Left, they need to dip back into the “time of Ayers” and use, “This is the operative statement. The others are inoperative.”

The economy is a silver bullet for McCain, if his people can prep him to explain who’s culplable as simply as possible for tonight’s debate. I’m not sure if their balls dropped off or they’ve been saving this. Im no fan of the maverick but he’s made some decent strategic decisions during the course of the campaign and lets hope this flurry of Ayres activity is just the tip of the perennial berg.

  36. happyfeet says:

Baracky will be on the defensive I think. It’s hard for him to go on the offensive cause he’s been such a big Fannie Mae cheerleader. Yay Fannie Mae! is Baracky’s cheer. He’s sort of not a very original cheerleader. But anyway he took all that money from them and now wants to blame McCain for what his pals at Fannie did to the economy. That’s not a good place to be in when your media can’t step in and help you.

  37. N. O'Brain says:

    Interesting observation from Rush today:

“Now, about Obama, to show you how discombobulated he is and his campaign is, all of his buddies have gone underground. We never hear from Wright or Ayers anymore. You can’t find them. He’s locked his wife Michelle (My Belle) in the closet with some duct tape on her mouth so that she can’t scream her rage and anger, be heard through the closed door.

Obama knows that he needs to keep silent those that actually know him best.”

Another funny Rush had today was when he was musing if Obama and his media minions were wishing now for McCain to put Palin back in that box they were complaining about a couple weeks ago.

  40. Dash Rendar says:

Maybe Baracky likes the Boumediene decision because his old friend is a terrorist and knows they have a better shot up against liberal judicial appointees rather than the military.

@Matt, Esq.: As amusing as the entire campaign finally hitting puberty is, I think McCain was withholding it, as he says, to not screw over the bailout. Danger’s past, it is can be killing tiem nao.
