New Colombia Release [Dan Collins]

The captives emerged from a coca field looking confused, despondent even, as the rebels tied plastic handcuffs on their wrists before putting them on a helicopter in a video released here on Friday of the rescue this week of 15 hostages in the Colombian jungle.

Cool.

Also, historical revisionism.

Cause for celebration: dead terrorist released for time served, good behavior.

It’s a damned shame President Uribe was born in Medellin — I’d vote for him as President of the US in a heartbeat. He’s even born on the Fourth of July!

Not plausible. Unless they were just sad to leave.

Too bad the Israelis didn’t return the body filled with explosives that could be remotely detonated.

  6. Andy Freeman says:

The rescuers came in disguised as aid workers who were supposed to transport hostages from one camp to another.

What does that tell us about actual aid workers?
