Dr. Wright’ Strumpet Magazine [Dan Collins]

White Christians are “make pretend” believers and conservative Christians emulate the people who killed Jesus, according to articles in a controversial magazine run by Sen. Barack Obama’s longtime pastor that paint traditional Christianity as false and racist.Stanley Kurtz, a National Review Online contributor, concluded after reviewing two years of Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s Trumpet Magazine that the Trinity United Church of Christ pastor practices a black liberation theology brand of Christianity that “sees his own form of Christianity as profoundly different from Christianity as typically practiced by most American whites and blacks.”

Guess O! never read that stuff, either.  Stanley Kurtz begins catching up with Karl.

Imagine if a close advisor to McCain stated that black people are pretend Americans, because they’re not eurocentric enough.

    – Just for the hell of it we should start throwing their “eurocentric” Marxist bullshit back in the Lefts faces, and just watch them howl.

  2. thor says:

Last I checked Rev. Wright wasn’t even running to be the county dog catcher.

  3. happyfeet says:

Baracky needs to understand his grandma a lot killed Jesus. I think it would be ok if he disowned her now. I sure would if my grandma a lot killed Jesus. That’s just a mean-spirited thing to do.

  4. Big Bang Hunter (pumping you up) says:

    – Last time I checked thor, neither is Bush, but you wouldn’t have any way of knowing that watching the Left, and their inability to wind down the BDS campaign.

  5. thor says:

So the Left’s BDS will be cured by ODS? Ah.

  6. Big Bang Hunter (pumping you up) says:

    – Probably incurable.

  7. happyfeet says:

Me I’ll do the ignore him until he goes away thing I think. It worked for Hillary.

  8. CassarahW says:

My rule of Hillary is, Dick Morris is always wrong.
    That means she wins.
Didn’t you see that szechuan rainbow thing?

  9. AJB says:

Guys, sorry to interrupt REV. WRIGHT REV. WRIGHT REV. WRIGHT-fest pt. 200534, but the Bush administration has tortured detainees on behalf of China. Sometimes, there’s much better things to be angry about than some angry black preacher out there.

  10. FishFearMe says:

@Thor…Last I checked Bush wasn’t sitting in church at that douchebag in Kansas “church” for 20 years never having heard that “God hates fags”. Just sayin’.

  11. CassarahW says:

From Abc link: The detainee also allegedly said he was “exposed to low room temperatures for long periods of time and was deprived of at least one meal.”

You know, we can’t keep our thermostats at 72 degrees anymore, or eat as much as we want, anymore.

  12. Rob Crawford says:

AJB, that’s a might loose definition of “torture”:

According to the report by Justice Department Inspector General Glenn Fine, an FBI agent reported a detainee belonging to China’s ethnic Uighur minority and a Uighur translator told him Uighur detainees were kept awake for long periods, deprived of food and forced to endure cold for hours on end, just prior to questioning by Chinese interrogators.

But, hey, that’s more important than the hatred and bile being spouted by the “spiritual advisor” of your candidate, right?

  13. happyfeet says:

Oh jeez. Excuse my Russian but AJB is a lot a drama queen I think.

In 2006, after the United States released five Uighurs from Guantanamo, China asked for them to be repatriated so they could be prosecuted as terrorists. The United States declined to do so, out of concern they would not be treated humanely. Instead they transferred the men to Albania, which was the only country out of 90 approached by the U.S. government who would take them.

The Pentagon says it is trying to release and resettle the majority of the 17 Uighurs who remain in Guantanamo, although it says it still considers them enemy combatants and a threat.

  14. Evil McGehee says:

I find AJB kind of comedic, actually.

  15. happyfeet says:

Yes, but for real I don’t think he was sorry to interrupt. He did it on purpose I bet cause he hates when people talk about Baracky’s hate-whitey cult.

  16. JD says:

    AJB is a ферзь драмы

  17. Jeffersonian says:

It seems that Obama can voluntarily associate himself with Wright’s church, get married by the guy, have his kids baptized by the guy and get so close to him the he’d sooner disown his ofay granny than Crazy Jerry…but in the end, he doesn’t believe a thing the guy says.

Does this even make the least bit of sense, Thor?

  18. CassarahW says:

Woo, Russki. I can’t make my keyboard do that.

  19. Evil McGehee says:

I don’t think he was sorry to interrupt. He did it on purpose I bet

Oh yes, AJB says things he doesn’t mean. That’s part of his comedic shtick.

It’s not what makes him funny, though. I don’t think he has the first clue why he’s funny.

And that’s what makes him funny.

  20. Big Bang Hunter (pumping you up) says:

    – They’ve got nothing so they are forced to keep the bogus torture meme going, as in….

    – OMG. Some NeoThug interrogator turned down the thermostat on our wonderful freedom fighters….this inhuman barbarism has to be stopped!

IMPEACH BUSH, SAVE A MURDERING JIHADIST!!!111eleventyone111!!!

  21. CassarahW says:

he hates when people talk about Baracky’s hate-whitey cult.

And switches it to O’s sweater-and-100-calorie-pack-snackwells-LOVE. Brill!

  22. Slartibartfast says:

the Bush administration has tortured detainees on behalf of China

Yep, the Chinese have been our best buddies practically since they damaged one of our airplanes, and then blamed us for it.

Either that, or these allegations are going to turn out to be utter horseshit. I’m going with door #2, Bob.

  23. Big Bang Hunter (pumping you up) says:

    – I’ll take “intentionally lying” for 1000 Alex….

  24. thor says:

I’ve pretty much gone over my theories, Jeffersonian, but for you I’ll re-state the crux. The man, the mythm, the legend known as Obama is on record saying he didn’t believe in God until he was, like, 27-years-old. Then, after meeting Michelle’s buttocks, he transformed into a man of faith. After a deep search of religion, namely, being drug by Michelle to her church, Obama found Jesus.

What can one assume from this predictable plot? I answer my own question like this: Barack Obama only went to that silly temple of the Lord so he could score some tang, then, after seeing how much tang there was in that house of prayer, Obama thought to himself, “yeah, why not, if to score Michelle’s wet spot I have to bounce in here on occasional Sundays, I can do that, especially since I get to check out all this other ass while that crazed Negro yammers about God way down there at the pulpit. Yes, I believe! Mmm, mmm, mmm, Lordy look at the ass. Praise the Lord!”

That’s my theory and I’m stickin’ to it.

  25. JD says:

. Then, after meeting Michelle’s buttocks, he transformed into a man of faith. After a deep search of religion, namely, being drug by Michelle to her church, Obama found Jesus.

This would be an interesting story, if only for the fact that Baracky tells a completely different story.

  26. sashal says:

    that’s perfect theory thor,

In reality I had to go through a lot of orthodoxiations to get my ex-bride’ attention as well…

  27. sashal says:

    He is just shy, JD.
Would you want to admit that somebody’s ass brought you into religion?

Just call them what they really are, fascists, and watch them howl.

  29. JD says:

Fuck, you guys are dense. At least acknowledge that you are making shit up.

  30. Rob Crawford says:

Oh, I don’t doubt these fine fellows were put through some stressful situations to make them more compliant. I just don’t think it was torture.

  31. Rob Crawford says:

Fuck, you guys are dense. At least acknowledge that you are making shit up.

    OK, you caught me.

  32. sashal says:

nah, I would do a lot of things for a nice piece of ass,
    c’mon, wouldn’t you too ?

  33. Big Bang Hunter (pumping you up) says:

    “He is just shy, JD.
Would you want to admit that somebody’s ass brought you into religion?”

    – Hey. There are a lot worse reasons for going to church, plus some of it might rub off on a guy. I mean the religion, not the ass.

  34. Evil McGehee says:

My Indian name actually happens to be “Just Makes Shit Up.”

    Who told you?

  35. troy mcclure says:

Not to worry, they’ll just throw Nuremberg Tribunal precedents back at us:href! Geez, what kind of mentality do you have be in to even consider this. They won’t accept 200 hundred years of precedent on military tribunals, but they’re willing to put us in the dock
    with Goering and Himmler.

On the main point, this is what a graduate of the U. Chicago Theological Seminary comes up. It’s mindboggling I tell you.

  36. Big Bang Hunter (pumping you up) says:

    “Who told you?

    – The O!’s speech writer, “He who writes teh shit”.

  37. Great Banana says:

    Sashal, Thor,

as usual, you don’t let the facts get in your way. Obama states very clearly in his own books that he began going to Rev. Wright’s church well before he met Michelle.

Thus, you are wrong – and embarressingly so.

Argue all you want that the guy Obama himself wrote was his mentor, his spiritual advisor, and who married Obama and baptized Obama’s children is irrelevant to what Obama actually thinks and believes, but at least stop lying about why Obama joined the church in the first place.

  38. Dan Collins says:

That doesn’t mean that Obama didn’t start going to church looking for pussy, though, GB. ;-P

  39. Big Bang Hunter (pumping you up) says:

    – If you could force the Left to obey the rule that they cannot speak lies, or distort and revise history, they’d all have to join the mime’s Union.

  40. Rob Crawford says:

    – If you could force the Left to obey the rule that they cannot speak lies, or distort and revise history, they’d all have to join the mime’s Union.

Yeah, but then we could use the clowns against them.

Or, hell, ship them all off to Ankh-Morpork and let Vetinari deal with them. He’s (literal) death on mimes.

  41. Jeffersonian says:

That’s my theory and I’m stickin’ to it.

So you’re thinking Michelle would cut him off if he turned his back on Crazy Jerry? One wonders if there are other causes this stereotypically oversexed Negro of your theory would embrace for some brown sugar.

  42. CassarahW says:

I heard he started with the man in the mirror.

  43. SGT Ted says:

Obama states very clearly in his own books that he began going to Rev. Wright’s church well before he met Michelle.

Yea, but the “go to church to tap that ass” story is just…so….romantic.

Brings a tear to me eye, it does.

  44. CassarahW says:

He graduated from Harvard in 1988, moved back to Chicago and started dating Michelle in 1989, got engaged in 1991, married Michelle and became a member of the church in 1992.

He wasn’t even in the same state while attending Harvard law school before that, you total dumbass. He met Rev. Wright and all the other pastors in the Southside and he stated he became more aware of his faith and the particular relationship that faith played within the black community, if my memory serves, you lying dick.

Are you currently in the Klan?

  51. B Moe says:

Obama states very clearly in his own books that he began going to Rev. Wright’s church well before he met Michelle.

Obama also said that the Selma march paved the way for his parents to mate and beget him, even though it happened four years after his birth. Kind of like Hillary being named for Sir Edmund before he became famous, or John Kerry’s Christmas in Cambodia before Nixon took office, it has something to do with Progressives seeing into the future, I think. These things just become seared into their minds.

  52. thor says:

Well, Bmoe, none of that is an excuse for liars to come on to PW and lie just for reasons of being applauded by those who applaud any half-truth that fits their political leaning or prejudice.

This is the sort of rhetorical cheapness that I kick Karl in the nuts for.
