Ya Think? [Dan Collins]

Wall Street Journal Opinion piece:

Obama May Not Have Fully Contained Damage From Ex-Pastor

That’s like saying the Chernobyl reactor leaked a little radiation.

Consecrated ground for sacred conversation.

It has to be mind-boggling to the MSM that all of their ignoring, slanting, and water-carrying for Baracky has not made this issue go away.

  2. High Priest of the Church of Stooge says:

My dad is a staunch Democrat, retired school teacher. The comments of Rev. Wright sent him ballistic and there is no way he would vote for Sen. Obama.

When you are losing people like my dad, you are losing the election.

  3. Mikey NTH says:

    Darn sock-puppet! #2 was me.

  4. barryL says:

You mean the same Opinion page which still believes Vince Foster was murdered by Hillary Clinton is convinced that a Democrat did something wrong? How out of character for them….just amazing.

  5. Karl says:

    barryL,

The WSJ piece is a news story, not an Opinion page column. Links are your friend.

  6. Jeffersonian says:

I wonder why the MSM isn’t showing clips of the ranting, fulminating second-stringers at TUCC.

  7. Dan Collins says:

I was the one who characterized it as an opinion piece, Karl.

  8. Rob Crawford says:

You mean the same Opinion page which still believes Vince Foster was murdered by Hillary Clinton is convinced that a Democrat did something wrong?

Eh? When did the WSJ ever state that?

Or is this another case of the left believing its own propaganda?

  9. Boobs on Friday - not Enoch_Root says:

Dan – didnt you get the memo? the Rev. Wright thingy is behind us. All played out. I mean, the messiah spoke to is, calmed the waters, assuaged our ignorant Whitey fears and all. It’s like Global Cooling/Warming, it’s been discussed and settled. No more discussion needed. Nor wanted. You are not playing very unitinesslously. EEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVVIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLL

  10. Cowboy says:

    from the WSJ piece:

The Obama campaign says the concerns are overblown and the party will rally around Sen. Obama if he wins the nomination, in part because Sen. Clinton will campaign for him

I just don’t see her falling into line after BHO gets the nomination. Given her recent statements and ads, I wonder if she’d rather McCain win than Obama. Throughout this whole campaign she’s consistently appeared more concerned about her candidacy than about the party.

    “Sacred conversation”?…

Can we get just a little more pretentious, please?

  12. Swen Swenson says:

    I”ll stand by my prediction*:

That said, if Obama wins the Democrat nomination I’m predicting a split-screen infomercial showing Wright ranting while BO sits in the front row nodding. That’s not going to play well to anyone outside a few blighted urban areas. And that’s just what James Carville is going to do to him, with suitable deniability, of course.

Stick a fork in him, he’s done.

And that’s if BO doesn’t find himself sitting on a park bench with Vince Foster.

Well, they couldn’t very well have a profane conversation. They’re men of the cloth doncha know?
