Constituent Services [Dan Collins]

So THAT’S what the kids are calling it now.

No hangups.

Zak Moore at Joe’s Dartblog: Donkeys, Democrats and Disenfranchisement

David Thompson cites the Graun:

Air travel is disgusting both in the air and on the ground.

NOBODY who flies casually can call themselves ethical.

And coins the term, “Axis of Hand-Wringing”.

Heh. Holes. Indeed:

Fit blogging into the holes in your schedule. “Deal with the rest of your life first,” advises Glenn Reynolds, a law professor at the University of Tennessee who posts constantly throughout the day on his site, Instapundit.com. The volume and regularity has helped make his political opinion site one of the most popular on the Internet. “The blog is best handled by inserting it into the small bits of free time that rest among the bigger chunks of your work.” Mr. Reynolds slips in posts between classes, as a break from writing law review articles and during slow time at home.

    – As a conservative male if My date were sporting that necklace I’d just assume she was angling to get beat thoroughly in the best mommy dearest tradition. “Oh wait…..you mean to say that wasn’t what you meant to covey…oops…sorry bitch.”

with all due respect to Joe at Dartblog, I am not so sure about Stalin’s ownership of this phrase:
“The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything. “
As I recall I heard it from the D.D.Lewis character in the “Gangs of New York”.
In my understanding Stalin did not have to worry about counters, the not in concentration camps voters were prepared for the right vote..

Using state money for hotel stays is probably right up there with Spitzer’s idiocy. IN some ways, it may be worse b/c as far as we know, Spitzer wasn’t using state money to pay for said companions. I read somewhere the head of the state senate takes over as governor if the current gov steps down and there’s no LTgov. Isn’t the head of the NY State Senate a repub ?
