Jonah Goldberg rehashes an old column (on “Black History Month”) and continues to deny NRO’s “The Corner” is a weblog. Why? Jonah strains to explain:
There are no editors, no rules, and no master plan. Yes, as many, many, many readers have pointed out, it’s very much like a blog along the lines of AndrewSullivan.com or Instapundit.com. The difference, however, is significant. Those guys run one-man operations. If you can’t see the distinction, look at it this way. Sex with one person is very different than sex with more than one.
We respond:
Dear Jonah–
Sex with more than one person is still sex, buddy. And a blog with more than one contributor is still a blog. We group-ists just “swing” a bit more than some of our more staid brothers and sisters — y’know, those blogophiles who prefer the comforts and unencumbered freedoms that attend a nice session of self-bloggin’.
Speaking of which, tell us about that whole Cosmo the Wonderdog angle you got goin’ on…
Respectfully,

(And for the record, does anybody really believe Instapundit is a “one man” operation? C’mon…)

InstaPundit, “one man”? NO! It’s an Android…
